Package arrived upside down. Bottom was out and undone.Item: bottom / base was loose and not connected to the main body. The main body was also not connected to the rear case, looks like two screws missing searched the packaging but no screws.The polystyrene at the bottom of then box was all broken, I did my best to repackage with our own packaging materials with brown paper and card. Not convinced that the regulator is OK for UK market. Please credit back the the monies already taken and cancel d/d

Ok the heat is good but the wrong regulator for a UK gas bottle and very poor build quality . Better of with a 50£ calor heater .. German engineering at its worst.

The regulator is not UK compatible and the instructions were only in German.
