Thanks to the UK Vine I am now the grateful possessor of two very similar products of this type, the other being my L'Oreal equivalent. And to tell the simple honest truth I can't tell the difference between them. Both are pleasant on the skin, both serve as shampoos in addition to being shower-lotions, and neither smells of anything that my rather dull sense of smell can detect. As far as a body wash goes, that does not bother me at all, as it is just going to be washed off immediately anyhow. If I want to smell nice for someone or some situation I give that job not to any body wash or even body spray but to aftershave. Before buying I'd advise checking what you are going to pay for each of these competing items,

As one would expect from the branding and scent of this product, it is clearly aimed at the male market (that is, if such products are allowed anymore).With this particular shower gel, the scent is very subtle and actually very pleasant - perhaps a bit more scent wouldn't have gone amiss but it is always better to err on the side of subtly with fragrances in my view.As is important with any shower gel, this product foams well and creates a good lather (if those are the correct technical terms). The packaging is also well designed, being strong enough to withstand being dropped and easy to open and close, without the contents leaking everywhere.For a shower gel, it is reasonably pricey,

The Beckham Instinct Hair and Body Wash - 200 ml is a standard size Shower Gel that you might pick up in Tesco for £1. However this shower Gel is in a much nicer tube, its very distinctive and appealing. Flip the cap up to reveal the gel fluid which i squeezed onto a spongy. I then continued to apply the shower Gel all over, i did not this to my hair. It might be convenient to shower all over with a gel including hair. However i tend to use a different product for hair. My observations about this shower gel, smells nice, appears to be a quality product, pretty much it did what you would expect of shower Gel. The fragrance lasted a good length of time.

A nice shower gel that lathers well, has a nice, warm masculine (but not overpowering) fragrance of among other things grapefruit, pepper, aniseed and spices - and which leaves the skin fresh, clean and with a pleasant aroma afterwards.The fragrance doesn’t stay all day, but will be noticeable, but not too strong, for a good few hours.The black packaging with the silver writing is stylish and of nice material. It’s easy to get the gel out; simply open the cap and squeeze.All in all a nice product that, like others have mentioned before me, will be nice as a present, but possibly too expensive compared to similar products for daily use.

This is a pleasant spicy vetiver led fragrance that is great for adding value to your more expensive fragrances that are heavy in the vetiver, (most are eponymous) it is seems to take some inspiration but not as well blended as the profile of Hermès Terre de Hermès with its hints of grapefruit, Vetiver and cedarwood but then goes on a spicy detour with strong notes of pepper and cardamon.Overall a pleasant well lathering slippy gel, but I don't really know why it has to be more expensive than other products in the beckham line as there are no Raw or natural oils in the blend to scent or add therapeutic value.

This is a subtly and pleasantly fragranced body wash/shampoo gel which has an invigorating effect. The Beckham brand will be an obvious attraction, especially for youths and younger men. It is an ideal partner to the Beckham aftershave and means that the user won't have to put up with a clash of fragrances after completing their personal grooming routine. It is about 4 times the price of some other well known shower gels on the market but then they don't carry the kudos of the Beckham name. You pay your money and take your choice.

I didn’t expect this to be a subtle, pleasant scent so I have been surprised and proven wrong. It is subtle, with earth tones, woody and sweet but not cloying. It also works well as a shower gel, leaving skin softly scented and not feeling dry.The scent doesn’t last but coordinates with other items in the range, so there is no possibility of clashing or smelling like a certain boudoir.Packaging strongly masculine; black with silver text; discreet, understated and really quite good.

This body wash smells pretty amazing! Despite its notes of Bergamot, Grapefruit and Mandarin, it somehow still manages to have a manly spicy smell. It leaves your skin feeling fresh, clean, and subtly scented. It lathers up pretty well but it's not my man's favourite shower gel, he still prefers my Sherbet Lemon wash :)It is a little pricey but I guess you’re paying for the quality, and the name. Nevertheless, is makes a great stocking filler for the man in your life.

In my opinion the David Beckham range offers a great range of men's toiletries which smell better than perhaps even the price tag suggests. This Instinct shower gel is another quality product within that range. The shower gel smells both fruity and masculine and ensures that after use you are left both feeling clean and smelling great.For me I slightly prefer some other ranges within the Beckham brand but I would still happily use this product again and can recommend!

This is quite a large tube of body wash that can also be used in place of shampoo.The aroma is sort of a mix of male smelling spice and citrus. It's quite invigorating in the morning and although it loses a lot of the smell once you've dried, it's still there subtly on your skin.The wash lathers well and is easy to shower with, it's not overly oily and my skin certainly felt clean afterwards. Can't really say a bad thing about it.

I absolutely love the smell of this, it is really masculine and musky, woody. My husband has tried it with pleasing results, but not exceptionally any better than other shower gels at half the price.It lathers well, leaves his skin smelling lovely which I like.It comes in a nice black tube and it is in a gel form. But it is definitely the smell of this shower gel that makes it stand out.

I bought this and another scent shower gels for my boyfriend as a gift, and after using them for a while he said he absolutely loved the scent and consistency is very nice and smooth. The packaging is also lovely from my point of view, so I highly recommend it for guys or girls to buy it as a gift for bf ❣️?

It's fair to say I really like the Beckham ranges.Poor packaging by Amazon aside as a shower gel it is really good. Lathers just ride and has a lovely scent to it. Not too strong after a few hours but still there. Definitely a warm masculine smell.Really like this!

I really like this product.It is a good quality shower gel, which works as well as any other shower gel, but it has a very fresh, almost citrus scent.I am not sure what else there is to say, an excellent, freshly scented product I would buy again and again.

This is good. The scent is nice. It is fairly mild and not overpowering. It is fairly medicinal and traditional. It lathers up well, probably better than most similar product. It's cleaning properties are acceptable as well. The packaging is good as well.
