As per previous review, I agree it is surely not for 3 y.o. Even my 5 y.o. can not play it without adult help. There is some reading to do on most screens,and you get your brain working, finding your way around the screens, activating machines, finding helpers...My child still enjoys it, and me even more. It is tricky enough to make you want to try time and time again.Please note, it also has pictures from the film (unfortunately not the original Willy Wonka one we know), i guess it's the 2005 film adaptation.

This game is so cool! It has lots of different levels, which are fairly easy, and it tells you how to play the game as you go along. There's also stuff to collect on the way, and candy obstacles to avoid. You play as Charlie and try to stop the other children getting into mischeif! You also have to help the oompa loompas when the machines break down and stuff. I'd say the age recomendation for this game is 8 - 10 years, as some parts are fairly hard.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was a really good game. If you enjoy platform games, that get gradually harder, then it's 5 stars. It took me a couple of months for me to complete it(which is pretty long for me to complete a game)I thought it was such a good game i must have played and completed the game about 5 times.Would i recommend it?Totally. It's fun and funny. Definitly worth buying.

Really fun game I enjoy how close it is to the book and movie and how it includes pictures from the movie great game

I have really enjoyed playing this game. It tells you as you go along what you need to do and how to do things.
