A brilliant, robust watch.Like the other reviews say, in certain lights, the digital screens are tricky to see. (See pics. First in my house, second on the porch outside. In outdoor or direct light the digital screens are always visible.) If you're looking at this watch it's more than likely you work outside, where in sunlight the whole watch is always visible. It's not the most technical watch, but in my opinion the perfect balance between style, functionality and toughness. It's nice and chunky so doesn't look small on a mans wrist.Bought by my wife as a gift recently, I couldn't recommend this enough. Handy functions and perfect time keeping.

One month with the watch and still happy. Replacing a 10 year old G-shock that was digital only with this one that is digital analogue combo. It's a nice sized G-Shock with a sexy looking watch face, so sexy my wife even likes. Resin watch band makes watch comfortable to wear all day. Only con to the watch which presents me from giving a full 5 stars, is that the LED illumination is pretty weak. Digital information is next to impossible to read in low light settings with the light, but you can make out the analogue face in the dark.If you like G-Shock and looking for something a little more mature this is solid watch to go with.

I thoroughly this watch, it looks stylish, has great functions and has the quality feel that all gshocks provide. Unlike other reviews I've read I personally don't have an issue reading the digital dials I find them really useful tools and clear to use. The light will only help you see the analogue dials not the digital displays would be my only very slight criticism of the watch and I find that very slight.I work in a professional capacity in the city and the watch isn't just for the durable it looks classy and stylish as well would highly recommend.

I bought this on a Black Friday deal and it was a great buy. A large rugged sports type watch with a black rubber strap. It's watch face is encased in a metal ring. The face itself is black with silver analog hands showing the time. Inside the face are several circles displaying the different functions of the watch depending on which mode you have selected eg, seconds, day, stopwatch, timer, world clock etc. it's quite a light watch so not too heavy to wear. Presented in a cool black tin inside a box. A great present.

Firstly, the delivery time on this was amazing! Ordered on a Wed and received on Thurs afternoon...Bought this as a birthday gift for my husband as he previously had a G Shock for 10 years before it died..This watch blew his last one out of the water.. he was over the moon. Its very stylish and yet very masculine. He found it easy to set and has already had people comment on what a nice watch it is.I 100% recommend this watch and it is also an extremely good price!

What a great looking watch, better than the pictures. I was looking for something that would be great for holidays where it wouldn't get damaged camping, walking, swimming. I will also use it for golf.Great that all I need do is set the time zone and everything else automatically updates, then all that is left is setting british summer time with a single push of a button.Absolutely brilliant watch at a brilliant price - less than half price than some stores.

I'd looked at several options of the G-Shock range before finally settling for this one. I'm happy with my choice as it looks good, is comfortable on my wrist and has the functions I was looking for. I agree with other reviews that the back light is cool in appearance but is not very good and does not light up the digital display. This still does not detract away from the other qualities with this watch and I would not have any concern recommending to others.

This watch looks the business! I blaze this watch in work which is a very physical job. The watch has took quite a few knocks and the strap now has quite a few scuffs on it but the watch itself is still in very good condition and works perfectly. the light is clearly designed to display the fingers only in the dark which is all it needs to do really so its fine. I have no trouble seeing the digital display in half decent light. I am happy with this purchase.

From the moment you open the box the watch looks good. I looked at a number of the other watches before deciding on this one. I wanted a watch that both looked good but also would stand up to the rigours of my job. With the size of the watch it does make a statement. The digital displays are a bit difficult to see but not that bad. The price was just right as my first G-Shock would I recommend this watch... Most definitely will certainly be looking a another

Very nice looking watch. Solid build. Chunky, yet light. Looks the business. Love G-Shocks and this is no exception. I would give it 5 stars but I'm afraid I have to agree with several of the other comments in that the digital display and light are pretty much redundant. It's a shame really as I feel it lets down a pretty perfect looking watch. So if you're not that worried about those two features then it's definitely worth buying.

Very good product well worth the money looks good and people notice it on your wrist Had good comments from people I work with a few have asked where I got the watch from Once I worked out what the watch can do we were up and running, never seen a time peice with so many different functions The back light is great and showsup really well in the dark, stopwatch is great as I do keep fit and this give me good ideas of timing

This is a lovely looking watch and I am very pleased,apart from the digital display being very hard to read and the backing light not even worth using as it doesn't really show up anything,but is worth the money.So dont be fooled by the picture, yes its a great looking watch,but the digital display is hard to see.Would I recommend,Yes I would.Amazons delivery service was again up to standard and can not fault.

I was really pleased with this watch and did a lot of research before buying. Some say the back light is not worth using but I found it to be fine and to be honest I rarely check my watch when it's pitch black! The digital display is quite small but perfectly readable.The quality of the finish and chunkyness of the watch were exactly what I expected and wanted and am very pleased. Would highly recommend

This watch looks really good, tough, and hard wearing. It has several functions and what I love the most is the automatic time setting; I don't have to worry about setting the time accurately. I would agree with a previous reviewer that the date and alarm sections should have come in a different background colour to make them easier to view. This seems to be my only cons with the watch.

This watch is a double edged sword it looks fantastic and people will notice it when you wear it, it really is that nice. The the catch is the lcd is crap and needs really bright light to see it, witch makes adjusting the time awkward. To keep it short the pro's far out way the cons I've had this watch 10 month and it looks fantastic and is as tough as hell, buy it, wear it, love it.
