These are obviously going to be better than compatible cartridges for both colours, use with your printer and the ink will last longer. However, the price as usual is a big negative as these are generally double to triple the price of compatibles and unless you are using a photo printer, for most of us, we don't require ink to be fade proof etc. The one thing you can guarantee is that the cartridges are filled up equally in each cartridge so unlike the compatibles, you are less likely to run out of ink in cyan or magenta instantly. Obviously this is where printers with 3-6 separate colour cartridges are advantageous.

If you have a Canon printer you'll probably know that they do not like 'alternative cartridges' in them and usually won't print as good as the genuine ones regarding the 'colour' cartridge, even with remanufactured cartridge, although the alternative Black cartridges don't seem to suffer the same fate.I cannot give 5-stars for value for money as I've always felt that the branded cartridges are overpriced anyway, but for print quality I cannot argue this kit always prints good A4 prints when I've needed them. Regarding all branded cartridge kits, if they were £10-15 cheaper then you could probably call it value for money then!

Judging by the price cartridge ink must be made up of a mixture of gold, titanium, and unobtainium (the stuff in Avatar the Movie). However, having tried compatabiles I have found that there is no substitute for the real thing where printer ink is concerned. The genuine gear might be more expensive that compatabile but it is far better quality - not good value for money - just better quality. If your budget can stretch to it buy the genuine article.

Four stars because it's an everyday product for which I have to pay an exorbitant price. However, the cartridges in use are always reliable, and give easily the best results when printing colour documents. They can be recycled after use, and some firms even pay for them, or donate to charities. I still shop around to find them at the best price. Fortunately there are a number of offers on Amazon.

I don't know if HP still operate a recycling scheme for their used cartridges, but I thought that was a good idea.... just wasn't so keen on the costs as I do not do that much printing and suffered from evaporation occasionally... no such problem with these smaller items from Canon, which cost half the price of HP, and last (me) just as long... recycling would be nice?

as this is an original product from canon there were no worries about quality. The label, which stated for which printer it was suitable, was misleading as according to it the cartridges should not have fitted into my printer (Prixma M310)... but there was not a problem and they were identical to my first cardridges ... so no worries here.

The ink is of very high quality and appears to last for a long time. It obviousley depends on the usage but i do find that the colour runs out with the black ink cartridge still indictaing half full on the computer. I like the handy pack as it makes it easier to order and of course a lot cheaper than in the high street.

the lack of ink in these canon patronen is annoyingenough but at least they work in printer. I amsure there are good refills cheaper that do workbut as have had some flops in the past which raisesthe ante and delays the printing completion havegone back begrudgingly though to canon products.

I expected a single package having purchased multi packs in the past but having 2 packages with detailed explanations from the supplier put my mind at rest regarding the origins being genuine Canon products. Not that re-manufactured ones are bad but for photographic prints I prefer OEM products.

I got these for my Canon MP220 and they work just fine. The only problem is the computer does not recognise them so on my computer it does not tell you when the inks running low but then you can see this for yourself in the quality of your printing so I have not found this to be a problem!

Like the rest of us - I am tired of all the hassle of comparing various brands and prices of products - and Ink cartridges in particular....which are a nightmare.This Combo Pack makes it all so easy. Excellent product at an affordable price...one press of the button...SIMPLES!!

Cartridges arrived promptly. Great value for money. Would use this supplied again withour hesitation. Cartridges, in general, are vastly overpriced for what they do so it's always down to the best price from the most reliable shipper.

These original cartridges are a lot more expensive than the reconditioned cartridges but they work well with no problem. Have bought cheap cartridges recently and they just didn't work hence sent them back and bought these.

item was well packed,arrived on time,and it looks like saves me a couple of pounds with being in a multipack holder--these original inks are top quality and i would recomend not only the multipack but the seller as well
