2kgs is enough to work well on quite heavy doors, and it’s tall enough to work on doors with high clearance. Rubber base helps stop it sliding on tiled floors (although it does still slide, and won’t stop a large door in a gust of wind). The rubber rim helps avoid dings and dents to the door. Works best either on carpet, or when used as a shock absorber between door and wall to stop the door handle slamming into the wall.

I read a few reviews about these. They use them at my place of work and being the snob that I am I just had to have them at home. I can assure you these aren’t counterfeit as someone mentioned in the reviews. Paperwork and box is correct. They’re the real deal and look gorgeous

Excellent weighty 2kg doorstop with rubberised bottom and sizes to prevent damage to the floor and door.Finish is not as shiny as in the pictures.Only downside is it is rather expensive at least for me.

A truly great product. A very stylish, contemporary and beautifully manufactured product. The extra weight works very well with heavy internal fire doors.

Can be used as a door stop to prevent damage to the walls and also moved to keep the door open in breezy weather when the windows are open.
