Trying desperately hard not to get sucked into all the highly priced branded toys around, as this would send all the wrong messages to our 4yr old, this bridge is a perfect addition to our already extensive mainly Ikea set.The trains (depending on battery charge) can clinmb up the slope, but James and Emily who are slightly wider, struggle to get through. I haven't yet taken a screw driver to it to see if adding a wide washer or bit of paper between the joints widens it enough to dampen the frustration I sometimes hear as one or other of the above mentioned trains or their tenders is helped through.However has added so much variety to the undiversed sturdy predicatbility of the Ikea track;

This Bigjigs Suspension Bridge is very well made. All parts are exceedingly strong. This has been proved many times with all youngsters (and us parents/grandparents) regularly stepping on it.) All my GrandChildren love playing withtheir train sets including a GrandDaughter. There can never be too many bridges in a train set and so I have recently bought 3 more. It will be going into the loft when the GrandChildren outgrow it all as there is no way I could part with it.I cannot rate the quality highly enough. It is worth far more than 5 stars.Keep up the great work Bigjigs.

My son is the biggest fan of BJ rail products. No other company has such an extensive range. He had a competitor's double suspension bridge, however, it frustrated him as the two bridges connected with clips along the track, which meant it dipped in the middle. Also, it is hard to find the little clips when reassembling. BJ'S equivalent is much more stable due to the blocks. My son also loved that the bridge was very long. The picture on the box makes it look smaller. Another wonderful product!

Bought this to go with other (Brio) train track pieces to make into a bigger set for my little boys Christmas present. He has loved playing with the bridge and I would say that it is sturdy and well made. It is versatile enough to separate the bridges if you want to, although you would need to use extra slope tracks on either side. We have been really happy with our purchase and would recommend it to boost any wooden brio/ bigjigs train set.

Purchased as an Xmas present for our grandson as an addition for his wooden train set. We received it in good time, it was well packaged and unlikely to be damaged in transit. Appearance and presentation is good, product is well made, no assembly required and our grandson was able to play with it immediately. Very good value for money and should last many years with proper use.

My son loves trains. Every day for the last 2 years he's been trains-mad. I bought this because the set he had only had one slope but this set has two slopes as well as the bridge and blocks and now he's been able to build a really long bridge with this. It's just as well made as another wooden track brand we buy so we'll probably buy another in the near future.

Ordered this as a Christmas present for my 2.5 year old son who already owns a lot of wooden track, but was in need of some interesting additions to make a big track.The bridge is made of nice quality wood and is compatible with our wooden track (which was a mixture from Tesco, Ikea and ELC)Would recommend to anyone wanting to add to their set.

My son was given this as a gift. It's very nice - only slight quibble is that the box said it was 190cm long (on amazon it says 50-something cm) but I measured it at about 110cm. It doesn't really matter but it's odd that it's so wrong.

Bought this for 3.5 year old. Goes well with his Brio. We have a good mix from each brand. Well made as usual. All of these are a little pricey but there are only certain brands that fit together so cheap copies are no good.

A good quality product. Only problem with this bridge set is it’s quite tricky to balance properly on the supporting ‘columns.’ My 4 year old struggles to do it himself and they’re also quite easy to knock down.

My son saw this on line and begged me to buy it for him as part of his Birthday present. He is very happy with it and fits in well with the rest of the Brio collection we are building up.

Super fast delivery,(deviled on the same day).It will make an excellent addition to my sons wooden railway set and the quality is fantastic for the price.

I was not too sure about this bridge and it is now always the big highlight of the circuit. Only downside is it's a bit big when you need to store it...

Ordered for xmas present - good, sturdy bridge bought as part of a wooden train set and my grandson spends hours playing with it. Recommend to anyone.

My grandson has hours of fun with this, it is well made and I like the triange shaped supports which help to ensure it doesn't knock over too easily.
