You must have a compatible charging device to charge the battery I used my mobile phone charger, took about six hours to charge battery. Fits snuggly around your neck and shoulders and within minutes gives a subtle warming to shoulders and neck. Book states battery can also be used to charge mobile phones so you get two products for the price of one. Push studs make the collar easy to fit and the battery tucks neatly into a pocket so it does not get in the way. Comes complete with storage bag.

My Husband has severe pain in his shoulders, this Item helps so much, giving him relief,we are baffled to know how this works because of the battery size but it does.It as though waves are going though the capeIt really does generate a good heat, It could be a little wider, but it works as it is.The Shoulder cape will struggle to fit a bigger built person,I tried it because of my neck problems, but I have irregular heart rate and it put me into palpitation mode so I cannot use it.

A nice warmth on neck and shoulders, ideal when your stood on the sideline watching a footy/rugby match. Good for anyone who suffers with shoulder aches/pains. You would need a loose fitting coat around the shoulders to wear underneath. Battery is neatly tucked away in a little pocket on the inside. You need a smartphone charger, downside it takes a while to charge. There's a little handy carrying pouch to store in when not using. A little on the expensive side, but a handy investment.

I found this a very well made product i suffer from arthritis which effect my neck and shoulders this worked great to help ease stiffness very comfortable to wear even when out walking can wear under your coat or jumper very good make and shape i also wore on journey in the car overall great for aches and stiffness the only small minus would be it takes a long time to charge each time and make sure u have a plug .ie smart phone plug etc apart from that i would recommend. Yes

I really liked using the heat pad as I have arthritis in my neck and shoulders. The heat pad is easy to use, although the battery only lasts just over an hour.The heat is what I would describe as a gentle heat and helped sooth the pain in my shoulders.The battery fits snuggly in a little pocket on the shoulder pad and has its own USB charging cable, which is supplied.Overall I would say a very good product, which would be great if the battery lasted much longer.

Didn't know what to really expect from this. Once the instructions were read and it was set up (easy instructions) Left it to charge up. Popped it on, heated up very quickly, warm and soothing. Bit like a heated scarf... The poppers do up from the left side. For me I would prefer the poppers on the other side as it's what I am used to when fastening things up. Soothing on neck pain. Packs away easily. It will be well used.

Heat is very good on my shoulders and back of neck. There is a fault in the item, not sure if it’s the same in them all but the one I received has the battery pocket on the inside which is very uncomfortable. I am sure it should be on the outside. Could be a design fault or just on the one I received. Otherwise pleased with the effect it had on my shoulders and I think it would benefit anyone with shoulder or neck problems.

Great product ,brought for my mother in law as she suffers from stiffness in th neck ,shoulders. The added bonus that it has a rechargeable battery so she can walk about and keep mobile while keeping the area warm .Excellent same day sevice delivery in under 3 hours A+.

If you are at home and don't put heating on till evening this is ideal for you, not too hot just right. I assume you can wear it when outside but personally a woman wouldn't too bulky under a coat. Unless your up in the mountains and don't care for fashion
