Whilst aches and pains are not mentioned for this item, the heat is very soothing on a weary back, heat penetrates in the right spot, it has three easy to use heat settings, the belt stretches from a 86cm (34 inches) to150cm (59 inches) so good for small or large people, it's very simple to use, and very comfortable to wear, it has its own charging unit, that can also be used to charge a phone, which is very useful. On a cold winters night, I imagine this to keep you Warm on an evening stroll.

Out of the box the powerbank needs 6 hour charge via a USB plug and NOT via PC or laptop USB. Easy instructions. Belt is elasticated with velcro fastening, very comfortable to wear. Powerbank fits in a snug pocket in the belt, Power button lights up for the 3 heat settings and auto switch off for safety. Ideal for walking in cold weather you can feel the benefit. Not as hot as i expected on high. Only runs for about 2 hours after a 6 hour charge.Can also charge smart phones which is a bonus.

Back problems + physical job. Heat often works better than pain killers but staying active is important and you can’t do this plugged into the wall. Chemical patches not great environmentally expensive long term and fall off. Sure, it lasts two hours, 6 hour charge it’s not red hot(and shouldn’t be) but use sparingly(turning off when your warm)get another battery(I got the neck warmer/great!) it really helps. can wear under a jumper/doesn’t look bad anyway. Does get clammy/wear over a shirt.

Big enought to be used by some one with 50 inch waist. Very comfortable material.Can't say it very warm but in cold weather it's warm enough to keep back warm. In fact my back was a little bit sweaty when I used it under my warm jacket. Being power by usb power bank it's nice and easy to use it. Only problem is, it takes 3 to 4 hours to fully charge. I have used it fully charged for 1.5 hours with out any problem. I have bought a wired one for indoor used and use this for outside.

I suffer with constant, chronic pain and this heat belt alleviates some, for short periods. The battery life seems pretty short for me, but I'd wear it all day if I could! Also, it 'times out' after a while, but can be switched back on. I like that there are different heat settings, but again, longevity is problematic for my particular needs. If you have intermittent and/ or low level pain, this is for you. Wish they sold spare batteries though, Argos, hint hint!!

Heats up quick, lovely soft material on the inside. It as 3 heat settings, would recommend using on hottest setting. Great for using while taking dog on walks in cold with it been portable and discreet. Love the fact I can also use the charge bank to top up my mobile phone. Comes with a bag when not in use. It is washable but not regularly. Automatic switch off after 110 minutes but you can switch straight back on.

Having tried the previous version of the Beurer portable heat pad, I was dubious to spend on this one. But it’s honestly worth every penny! I finally can keep my back warm while I am outside. The battery pack is simple to use and recharge, and there is plenty of length on the straps to keep it nice and secure! Only slight issue is it’s hard to find another battery pack to have for extra long trips into the cold.

I am very pleased with this product. I use it for two purposes:1. to relieve neuralgic pain in my side2. to keep my kidneys warm in the field when static shooting from high seats.Both usages are straightforward. The item is thin enough not to cause an unsightly bulge or to catch in clothing. I will have to see how well the charging regime goes. It's too early to tell.

This belt works really well, has three heat settings , is comfortable to wear ( you forget it's there ).The charger is very handy for topping up your phone as well as powering the belt for a number of hours.This will come in very handy when I go watch the local rugby club on winter's days.Comes with a pouch and full instructions

This heated belt is ideal for minor back or stomach pain. With three heat settings I was surprised at the amount of heat it generates. Being able to be mobile whilst wearing it is an added bonus. The power bank can also be used to charge your mobile phone. When not in use it can be stored neatly in the pouch. Love it.

I m very pleased with the belt. I was worried in case it wasn't long enough. Fits over light clothing without a problem. Only worn it inside at the moment. Comes with a bag which is a goid idea. The only complaint i have is that the powerpack just dangles from the cable. It needs a pocket for it to go in.

I needed a product that heated an area on my back to ease the aches and and pains. The belt did the trick! It was easy to charge the battery,it was light weight and could be positioned where you needed it to go, the operation of the belt is simple and it worked extremely well.

My wife suffers from Fibromyalgia which causes acute lower back pain. This product has provided much-welcomed relief and is very easy to use without the need for oral painkillers or analgesic ointments. The three heat settings and charger are most useful.

It’s great but needs better shaping if using on neck and shoulders to which I purchased it for as I suffer pain on neck and shoulders but am happy with although could have better shape around neck

Fits nice with velcro fastening. I put this on full whilst watching football match on a cold early morning. Gentle heat which was so nice for my achy back too! Bonus is it can also charge my phone!
