I firstly played this for free online and it got me. Sad;y, the site I was playing it on was heavily subsidised with ALOT of adverts. Now this was not really a problem as you play for free. No, the real problem was when the game had to move to the next level. It would freeze, or show you that the game level was ready to play but then would never begin, or would crash totally.Off I went to trusty old AMAZON UK, and scouted it out. There it was in all it's glory ready for my PC and with TWO other games and all for less than £6.00Great graphics, amazing music and loads of combinations to play will leave you totally addicted to the game. And it is good family fun too,

I just bought a new laptop and this game was pre-installed on it, however it was limited to playing it only a handful of times. As a result I decided to buy the game and have a master copy. Only gripe I have is the game that came with my laptop filled the entire screen, ie, widescreen ratio. The game I bought from Amazon is not widescreen and 4:3 ratio. A minor point but the game is fun to play during coffee breaks and easily played with a mouse or laptop touch pads and I like the sound effects too, especially with headphones.

Not only does it come with the game itself, which is better than the one bought direct from Popcap, as the one bought from Popcap direct, is limited to registering it around four times in total before having to buy it again, but since it comes on the disc, you can install it as many times as you want and it also comes with the games backgrounds on disc for your desktop.It also comes with Bonus trail games which are:BookwormChuzzlePeggleZuma

Don't buy this game if you have a life. It's too addictive! Just one more go, ok, one more, next thing you know it's 1am. My only gripe is the backing soundtrack can get a bit annoying (it's a bit ambient / spacey) after a while, but you can turn it off.

I just love Bejeweled - at any level. I literally spend hours at a time on this game. It is so addictive. The other games that come with it are good for the younger players. All in all good family games. I would recommend this game.

Having read previous reviews I was encouraged to buy this game. My son and I are now in competition for highest score - he is winning at present! BUT be prepared to become totally addicted!! Great fun!

I have spent many happy hours playing this game. It's simple but very addictive. I am especially a fan of the classic and timed sections. Very cheap and worth the money

if you are not into war games etc etc then this could be for you it kept me enthralled and entertained for hours definately to be tried
