We began using the bambino Mio all in one nappies over 9 months ago. We tried a few to start with and then we bought more when we found they were a lot easier to use than we anticipated! They’ve held up very well even with lots of use. I love all of the cute prints that bambino Mio offers! Somehow they have made nappies feel almost glamours... well maybe that’s taking it a bit too far but they are very cute and I always get loads of compliments!I think my son was about 3-4 months when we started using them. This was a good time for us as I think it would have been too much trying to wash all the nappies in the newborn phase when they need lots of nappy changes and when parents need to berecovering from the birth.I use the all in ones with the Mio boosts which means my son can wear them for longer (though this does make his bum look pretty big... some might say - junk in the trunk). He usually goes through 3-5 nappies over the course of 24 hours. When using the boost in the nappy he can go through the night without leaks.Warning - pooh discussion ahead...I found that these nappies are so much better than disposable nappies when it comes to pooh! We used to have explosive nappies before he started solids but this was not the case when he was wearing the all in ones. They managed to absorb the poohs much better! The downside is that both my husband and I find it really hard to smell the pooh when he’s wearing these so sometimes he’ll sit in pooh for a while before we notice which can lead to nappy rash. The waistband has Velcro straps and then there are 2 sets of poppers which adjusts the fitting around the upper thighs. This allows for lots of ability to adjust the waste and 3 settings for around the thighs. My son is about a year and on the very tall side and there still seems to be a lot of room for him to grow into them. The downside to reusable nappies is the laundry aspect. In the summer it’s not so bad but in the winter I found it hard to dry them and all the other laundry from babies so I ended up getting an airer. Sometimes I’ve had some staining in the nappies but I found that the stains pretty much disappeared when I put them out in the sun for a few hours.Remember to follow their washing instructions. I use wash bags and I tend to do a rinse cycle before washing and I would also recommend getting the bambino MioFresh as that does seem to keep them ‘fresh’.These can be quite expensive in terms of the upfront cost but over a long time they are less expensive than using disposables.Overall I would recommend to anyone willing to put in the effort of washing nappies as they are cute, high quality and durable.

Really love this print and the look of all the bambino Mio nappies.Unfortunately after reviewing this and trying it out a lot on different size settings etc, we realised this nappy just wasn’t working for our 4-5 month old daughter. She isn’t particularly chunky, nor is she skinny, although she is now wearing age 6-9 months clothes. It’s definitely not a one size fits all and could be due to her shape.Basically we found it wasn’t bombproof. No matter how much we toggled with the rise and with the not so great quality Velcro (which we could see would be “un-sticky” due to wear in a short amount of time) it just wasn’t happening. The leg was too big and gaped.I think this nappy is better for a 6 month old,or perhaps it would work better for her when she is 6 months old and a bit bigger. When she had done a bomb in there, although the straps on the attached insert are a nice touch.. it’s not so nice to touch them with a big bomb. Compared to the Littles and Bloomz ones you could just grab the washing care label and pull out, very easy. With the Mio Solos, a bit of a tricky fumble depending what state that nappy has been left in.Another thing, she soaked this in an hour. So I needed to add another booster to it which made the whole nappy bigger and impossible to put the poppers on her vest.I really wanted to love this reusable nappy and buy a bunch of them.Unfortunately it didn’t work for us which was disappointing as they are great prints and great value.I will still use the one we bought for my baby to wear at home as I can deal with the aftermath let’s say, but not when travelling out and about I just won’t feel as confident then.Such a shame it didn’t work out for us!

I really like this nappy. It feels soft both inside and out. The pull-out system is rally great and useful, particularly when the nappy gets very dirty, it basically means your hand gets in minimal contact with the mess. Both the poppers and the velcro seem resistant. After one month of pretty intense usage ( I basically got 2 nappies of a few types so I could first decide which ones I like best before buying more of a type) it still looks as good as new inside and out ( some of the other nappies started to look old after a week). For my month old baby ( used them since birth) they absorb really well. The maximum time she had them on was 5 hours so far, and that went very well.I find they are just as easy to put on as disposables (even easier because the miosolo doesn't feel like it's made out of paper), even my husband loves (yes, he actually loves) using them. They dry fast and are some of the easiest nappies to put back together after washing and drying. One neutral point is, they look a bit more square like, most other nappies are rounder so to speak. One less nice point, my baby was pretty big at birth weighting 10 pounds, and these nappies still look a bit too bulky and big for her. She's also a really long baby so I expect once she gets a bit more chunky they will fit her better, so for now we use the nappies during the night mainly - which is too bad because they are really pretty.I definitely recommend them and will be getting more very soon.

These nappies have a nice fit. We started using them when she was 6 months old. At that time they looked big on her but worked and she is 13 months currently, with room to still to grow in these nappies. The material and hook and loop have held up well despite washing/drying every 36 hours. I use the presoak program on my washer at 40C and extra rinse followed by cupboard dry setting on our washer dryer. Why some might say the extra increases hard water on the nappies, it also gets them really clean. No stains so far! Also, I just throw the nappy in to the washer as is. I don't pull the pad out of the pocket first. Yet it comes out on its own in the wash and gets perfectly clean. The Toucan print is very cute. The main problem for me is the pocket diaper style. Washing every 36 hours, there is lots of nappy folding to do. The pocket style require that little extra effort to put the pad back in the back. they have a nice place for your fingers to aid this, but I still prefer the all-in-one style from Thirsty, Grovia or the homemade ones I made from the Cloth Revolution pattern (free on internet, Diaper Sewing Supplies in the US has best materials, or Very Baby). I ordered two of these to try and I'm so pleased with them I'm planning on purchasing the girls set for my little bambino.I bought a few different ones to try such as cheap pockets from Amazon and some pop ins. In order of preference, I would say I most prefer the miosolos, then the close pop ins and then the pockets. The miosolos are very soft inside and out, they feel smooth next to baby's skin. They have never leaked even when left on for about 4 hours. My daughter isnt a big wetter so maybe we just have been lucky so far!! They are very absorbent - we don't use additional boosters but I would over night- yet to use them overnight though! The miosolos are also the least bulky and the closest to a disposable. Most trousers fit over these just fine, but the pop ins are the most bulky and my 5 month old needs 6-9m.The only issue for me personally is the price of the miosolos. I couldn't afford a whole stash of them but the sets offer good value so I'll buy one set. These white ones however offer amazing value - most miosolos are around £15 so £7 is a bargain. I would highly recommend them. They are my favourites :-)

Love the bambino mio reusable nappy collection. We are building up a few of these now.Though they aren't the cheapest unfortunately but if you buy them for newborns we'll certainly get our money back on them. She seems to be able to go just as long between changes in these as disposable nappies, so the absorbincy seems to be really good. They wash well and are very cleverly made, you can use the velcro to fold over on each other for washing, so they don't catch on other items. You can use those velcros to roll them up for easy storage and the added fabrics inside help to pull the wet towel out and the dry washed towel back in. Well thought out on design, and the designs on them are so fun.The poppers on the front give us flexibility on the sizing as she grows. They are a little on the bulky side when on, but I think that's all reusable nappies tbh and id rather it be a little bulky but absorbant.

really easy to use and clean, I started to use these on my baby from 8lbs. They fit well with the adjustable poppers. Not many leaks at all. Definitely recommend using the boosters overnight and the liners inside as they take off most of the poo from the nappy which saves rinsing and washing extra. These nappies are kinder to the Earth and wash well on a 60c wash, I would recommend rinsing them after use as we had a problem with ammonia build up from leaving them wet from the night until the morning's wash and to air dry them in the sun if possible to help lessen stains. Only downside is the velcro patch on one side of a couple of nappies has lost it's stitching so I've had to reattach. Overall,a lot less hassle than originally thought and good value for money considering I do not use disposables. Bear in mind these are a bit bulkier than disposables so take up a bit more room in baby's clothes.

I'm new to reusables as I used disposables for my first child. Second time around I thought I'd try reusables to save money and cut down on land fill. I think these are convenient and easy to use. I've had fewer leaks from the reusables compared with disposables. The material is soft on the inside against baby's skin and the design is well thought out - with a pull out section which you remove when washing which also allows the nappy to dry quite quickly (I generally leave them on a rack overnight and they are dry in the morning). Once dry I put the pull out section back in so the nappy is preassembled and there's no faffing about at change time. It's easy to adjust the size too.I did not use these from birth although I started using when my son was about three weeks old and approximately 9lbs and was able to get a snug fit.Would recommend this brand to anyone considering Reusables.

These are great replacements for disposable nappies as they are so easy to use (even my reusable-hating partner can put them on with ease!). So far they have lasted well with the colours remaining bright and any stains tend to wash out easily. They also air dry very quickly.I have found they hold a lot of wee without having to use a booster (I use these for day time only and use totsbots for nights). I had a few leaks at the start before I learned that cloth nappies get more absorbent after several washes. Since then I have have no issues. The fit has been good on my baby, they are very adjustable but not be small enough for a tiny newborn. The obvious selling feature of these nappies are the gorgeous designs and I now have a growing collection.Nappy changing will never be a fun activity but at least it is mad a bit more fun trying to decide what lovely nappy to put on next!

Have been using these on our 5 month old since she was 2 months and would never go back to disposables.Bought 16 in total when they were a deal on amazon (they happen quite frequently).Washing is easy - we use the nappy bin with drawstring bag, so we just throw the bag on a rinse cycle then a 60 degree cotton wash. We rarely get stains - and if we do they wash out on the next wash.Leaking is much less common than disposables - we decided it may be easier to do disposables outbound on a long haul flight - however. We had 3 leaks during that time so actually was more problematic. We went to bambino Mio’s on the way home and no leaks! There’s no plasticy disposable nappy smell and our baby’s nappy rash vanished really quickly when we started using them. The cotton is really soft.Plus in the long run you save money! Winner.

These nappies are lovely quality, the materials are very soft. The patterns are cute, original and relatively unisex. The Velcro is very good quality - these are actually the only nappies I dared to buy with Velcro. They are also slightly quicker to assemble than normal pocket nappies, as everything is one piece.I already washed them a few times without issues, the stains come out with relative ease and the insert dries quickly. I use them with a bamboo liner, so can't comment on development of rashes. The only criticism I have is that they are relatively bulky, so probably would not use on a very small baby. On the smaller setting the insert needs to be slightly folded, which makes them bulkier.Still, I am very happy with them, I had 2 and now ordered 2 more.

I've been using the Miosolo nappies over 5 weeks now and I'm very happy. My baby is 4 months old, the nappy rash she had disappeared after a week since we started using them. We've had no leaks - I'm only using them during the day though! I've also got 10 of a bit cheaper pocket reusable nappies also bought on amazon but now really regret buying them. I bought them as there were slightly cheaper (£6) than Miosolo (£10) but the quality after 5 weeks is really noticeable. Also, I've had leaks at least 3 times week with the cheaper bamboo nappies. I had a bit of a dilemma with the nappy liners - the Miosolo Mioliners were not great I'm now using the Tots bots liners and they are superb and fitthe nappy perfectly.

Perfect!Easy to use, so well thought out with the design. The inner part is so soft against babies skin (and stays that way wash after wash) the pad can be pulled out easily with the elastic tabs and pushed back through with the hand slot! the outer designs are absolutely beautiful an they never fade! These convinced my OH to cloth nappy and these are all we use on our 4 month old - who looks adorable in them! I know you're not supposed to but I use a bit of fabric conditioner every 2-3 washes just to keep them extra super soft. We also put bambino mio wraps over them when we go out just for extra protection. We also use the wraps over our night nappies and they're just as good. Top nappies. The very top.

Having used the traditional folding cloth nappies and wraps for a long time it was great to be able to be able to use an all in one which I had not tried before. This nappy is so easy to use, and with the poppers and the velcro it makes it perfect as a birth to potty nappy as it grows with your little one. My son was a very prolific wetter but this nappy more than coped as it fitted so snugly leakages were very very minimal and if that did happen it was usually because I had not changed it quickly enough. They are easy to wash and keep clean and dry reasonably quickly too. They come in a lovely range of colours and overall i would definitely recommend you give these a try :)

Bambino Mios are readily available in quite a few supermarkets but I found the white ones here on Amazon and decided to purchase a couple. They are a great all round nappy and I reach for them quite frequently despite having a lot of different brands. They are reliable and lovely and soft. The Mio nappy is all in one so you don't need to stuff it with inserts, once you've prewashed it a couple of times it's good to go. It isn't the slimmest option but it doesn't leak much and I can get a good 3 hours out of them. I have also bought a couple of prints because I liked the reliability of these ones. If you're new to cloth, it would be worth giving one of these a try.
