I love the Naty by Nature nappies, I tried a couple of other brands when my little girl was little and always came back to these. For a biodegradable nappy I didn't have high expectations and I had read a few reviews where people had been quite negative but I liked the idea of helping the environment and the fact there are no chemicals in there to damage a babies sensitive skin. I use these and water wipes and so far my little girl hasn't experienced any nappy rash. I'll see how they go once she starts teething and provide a further update. My daughter is now 3 months old and having used these from day 1 I haven't had any of them rip on me and I've had less leakage than I experienced with otherbrands (most of which I gave up on after a day and gave the rest of the packs away).I have found that we get a lot of leakage when it's time to move up a size but other than that everything does seem to stay quite well contained.Like most nappies I'm not sure how much value there is to the size 2 nappies, we'd have been just as well going straight from size 1 to size 3 although this could be due to the fact my daughter started wearing size 2's a few days before a growth spurt and so had grown out of them within 2 weeks. So far I haven't had a single nappy where I had issues with the sticky fastenings.

We usually use pampers nappies, whilst always feeling slightly guilty about contributing to landfill so we were pleased to try these more eco friendly disposables. They don't contain the nasty chemicals of other disposables and they are 60% biodegradable too.Compared to pampers they do feel more stiff and papery, where pampers have a soft and cottony feel. Once on they seem to flex and move ok and we haven't had any problems with leaks, although we tend to change nappies fairly often so we don't get to the leaky stage. however the newborn sizes of pampers have a mesh layer which is really good with that mustardy seed yellow poo that little babies do, whereas I felt in the naty nappies this was kept more against the bottom.I did like that these nappies have a simple white and green leaf design, instead of the garish jungle animals on most nappies! The price is another factor as they are considerably more per nappy than pampers, although the deal on Amazon is good. I think if you can afford to use these nappies, the performance isn't worse than leading brands but the environmental credentials are much better so there is no reason not to

For anyone who has had the heartbreak of having a cat that has developed incontinence give these a try before considering euthanasia.... Our loved tortoiseshell cat had neurological damage after an accident and over time became completely incontinent. She was happy and not in pain so for the remainder of her life (sadly put to sleep last year), we had her in these nappies (Newborn size), after trying the leading brands.Obviously not all cats would be so accepting of nappy wearing but we were lucky that she was just happy with her life and soon got used to it.We found having the sticky tape on the cat's back was easier than on her belly. We cut a small hole for the tail and then stretched the hole to a suitable size,to allow for plenty of padding around the base of the tail (prevent leakage). We also had to wash the cat regularly between nappies, and keep an eye out for flystrike (especially around her nethers, and also in her 'armpits'), a particular danger in the summer, but for her and us it was worth the effort.

I have only tried one brand of nappy with my newborn, and that's these, and I have yet to regret my decision even slightly.Maybe our little boy just won the genetic lottery and his skin is impermeable, but as of yet we have yet to have a single incidence of nappy rash, and our boy is nigh on two months old. This may not seem like a big deal, but most of the fellow parents we know have had this problem. Had we not known these other parents we may never have even clocked the benefit. For us, they've been the perfect nappy, but make sure you get the right size for your baby. We receieved advice from many 'seasoned parents' telling us to change brands because we had a couple of accidents with the size 1 nappies.Determined not to throw in the biodegradable towel, we moved up a size. Though our baby was only 10lb at the time, only the next size fit fully around his waist and ensured full absorbtion. Ever since we haven't had any problems with leakage or anything else, and they're quick, easy and unobtrusive.

I'll admit it.I was first drawn to this brand because of the beautiful packaging and eco claims. There, I said it!However, once I started using them, I was very pleased. They're very absorbent - so mush so that at first we thought our newborn wasn't peeing and we had to cut open the nappy to be able to tell! The material is nice and gentle, not plasticky like other brands. We've had no nappy rash at all, not even irritation, which this brand. The little tabs that do up the nappy are like a sticky paper velcro type of material - that makes it nice and easy to open, check the nappy, and re-stick.In this newborn size, there are tabs on the front that go around the back,so you can get a good fit and adjust well according to the size of the baby. All in all, I don't have a single thing I'd change about these. I highly recommend them!

Love these nappies. Unlike high street disposables they sort of swell up more so you know just how much liquid your baby is passing, they don't just get heavy and damp by which time it's sometimes seeping through - I've found this with Pampers or Huggies. Some people have complained that they leak but I've been using mostly Naty since my four month old was born and apart from the really epic accidents which nothing could stop (you know the ones!) they have been pretty water-tight and leak-proof. I breastfeed my baby, she is a healthy 'pooer' and one might have to change a bottle-fed baby slightly more but I reckon that's the case with any nappy. Anyway the main thing here is not having environmental and landfill guilt, for not too much more money if you buy in bulk. Highly recommend these.

After using a mix of Asda and Aldi nappies for our first child, we ran into problems doing the same thing with our second. Despite usually being happy with both brands, we were caught out by leaking nappies more than once as well as a nappy popping during the night exposing the absorbing crystals which was a huge mess.Since swapping to these we have had no leaks. The nappy fits fit better than the other brands and feels much less rigid and stiff. The use of natural products in the nappy also give it a feeling much closer to fabric then the plastic like feel of other nappies. The nappies are also odorless which is a bonus as some brands stink like a chemical loo!All in all we are really happywith this and will definitely continue to use them.

I used Naty feminine hygiene products for years; so I knew what to expect in terms of product quality. The nappies are super absorbent and haven't leaked at all (goodness knows our daughter can create quite a mess!). Our baby was just short of 6lb, and these fit much better than other options available. The nappies feel so much better to the touch than other brands; having a smooth paper-esque finish to the outside. The sticky tab things don't break lose and hold the nappy in place.I'm glad they are biodegradable, as we are using between 6-10 per day! (There's no way I was going to use washable ones, these are the best compromise I came across for the good of the environment). Also using the Naty baby wipes and nappy sacks too.

What these nappies have over other nappies, for me, is the feel of them. They are lovely and soft inside and outside and are lacking that plastic-y feel that is so common in other disposable nappies. These nappies are very plain looking compared to other brands on the market. These nappies have nice stretchy sides to help with the fit and I have had very little issues with leakages. I've had a few with tabs that pull off but that is prone to happen on many brands so isn't a deal breaker for me and they are quite sticky which is good because I hate it when the tabs just won't stay done up.These nappies are environmentally friendly so tend to be more expensive than other nappies.

I am surprised to read some of the bad reviews- we used these from the start with our baby and she has never had nappy rash. We were bought a packet of the leading brand (Pampers) when she was born and could not believe how nasty and plasticy they felt. We have had a few leaks but did with the pampers too so can't blame Naty. Clearly the nappy does absorb a lot because it sometimes feels very heavy when removed. No problems getting them to stick on and have not ripped one. We were disappointed when we were given a second packet of the leading brand nappies to get through! The only thing missing is one of those strips that changes colour when the nappy is wet!

I normally use washable nappies but use these as spares or when on holiday etc. I love these nappies, day to day they work really well and rarely leak. My little one is apparently a heavy wetter at night so unfortunately they do not last all the way through the night without leaking but I think that might just be my boy rather than the nappies! I know some people that have not got on with these nappies with lots of leaks but they seem to work fine for me. I think it's the problem of baby's bums being all different shapes so you'll find some brands fit well and others not so well. I think these work just as well as other normal brands so on, give them a go!

We've been thinking about starting to use washable nappies, but have been unsure how eco friendly they really are because of the water and energy used.In the meantime we ordered these disposables as a compromise. They came recommended and we are very happy. Much better results than with the big brand disposables we'd been using since our 8 wk old's birth - we've had some "explosions" that would have leaked with the other brand. Also, the newborn size is a better fit for our petite girl and they're priced competitively. At 60% biodegradable components they probably don't solve my eco worries completely but are at least slightly less bad. Will order again.

I love this brand. The nappies are excellent. My baby has NEVER had a nappy rash or anything related. My baby sleeps around 4 hours straight night time which means sometimes the same nappy lasts for aprox 4- 5 hours without any accidents. I normally change it every 3 hours and i like the fact that baby skin is always dry and soft which means the nappy absorbs wee very well (i dont use any creams).Regarding size, it is a small nappy compared to othet brands. I have used the size 1 for first 2 weeks only since she gained weight really fast. She is 8 weeks now with 5kg and size 2 still fits but i have ordered size 3, she is a long baby.So far we love it!

We're very, very, pleased with these nappies. Have tried three different new-born nappies since our new boy arrived: these, hospital standard issue ones and Pampers. Very glad to report that the Nature Babycare ones have performed best. They fit well, the tabs are easy to pull out and stick properly. Leakage is about what you'd expect (a big pooh volume goes up the back a bit) but manages to keep things contained pretty well. Urine-retention is excellent. What a great sentence that is, oh how parenthood reduces us all :)As a compromise between the challenge of reusables and the convenience of disposables, these feel like a very positive solution.

I've used Naty nappies for all three of my children and have always been happy with them. They hold everything in just make sure the little leg ruffles are out. They stay on perfectly. They also don't have that horrible plastic chemical nappy smell that other brands can have. We couldn't get Naty nappies once while we were on holiday and my husband couldn't believe the difference and now understands why I am happy to spend a bit extra for Naty. Personally I think they are well worth it, none of my children have ever suffered from nappy rash either using these nappies. And as they are biodegradable they're even better.
