Have swum every week with these for the baby's first year. In response to other reviewers, I think they are designed to hold in any solids and catch any liquids from the baby in direct contact, not stop pool water running out down the baby's leg.If you wear one of the stretchy pairs of shorts or suits over these, then you won't get water building up inside and will be even more secure against a major incident, but it is not necessary if not required by the pool you are in.However, I feel disappointed that I have trusted amazon to have fair costing and bought them on subscribe and save only to discover that the amazon regular price is literally twice the regular price per nappy of one of the big four supermarkets.

Cute little nemo design which helps differentiate between these and normal nappies if kept in the same place/bag. Came up a little smaller than pampers but fit fine. We wear under a splash about happy nappy which seems like a perfect, safe combination. Most baby swim classes insist on wearing a disposable nappy and a happy nappy type over the top so don't buy these expecting that they will provide adequate protection in a public pool. Since my purchase I have seen the swim nappies on offer in supermarkets so shop around for best price.

I didn't realise that the nappies don't actually hold much urine but they are just there to stop solids escaping. They work as expected but beware, don't let your child wear them outside of a sea/ swimming pool environment for long (like on the drive to the sea/pool) as you may end up with an accident. The nappies are good in the water as they don't bulge, so don't make your child very heavy and the nappies don't start to fall down - but obviously that is related to the fact they don't actually absorb much urine.

I bought size 4 the fit well were a bit of a fiddle to put on so we used them as trainer pants that made it easier.They did remain very wet and cold once the swim was over so we did use quite a few a day. We did notice a few frugal parents drying them after swims the sun was hot enough I guess to do that.Good product we fortunately did not experience the ultimate test.Also very good price and fast delivery from Amazon.

Love the design (that’s obviously for the parents to appreciate). Size 2-3 fit my 8 week old perfectly. He’s currently in size 2 nappies at 12lb. They should see him through his first round of swimming lessons, however I’m not sure if they would still fit when he gets in to size 3 nappies???Good value for money, same deal as Tesco’s 2 for £6. Arrived next day thanks to amazon prime. Would definitely buy again.

A great way to economise on otherwise expensive swimming nappies. No dip in quality. We have had a lovely contained bottom for every swim. Having occasionally forgotten to bring one to swimming class, I can confirm that the proper swim nappies make a big difference. The ordinary nappy, even when worn under swim pants, came out completely water logged, so I assume the contents could have leaked out too.

These swim nappies are brilliant and compulsory at my baby’s swimming class. They are very easy to put on if you have a wriggler as they just pull up but once on you can tighten them too. They obviously absorb water but nowhere near as much as normal nappies as obviously the main purpose is to contain any number 2s. I team these with a happy happy swimming costume and seems to provide full protection.

Our little one is more than happy wearing these at his swimming lessons. He was 6 months old when he first started wearing them and due to the rules of the pool he has to wear a wet suit style outer nappy to keep everything inside.We've never suffered a big incident so can't vouch for the total integrity but we have been very happy with all our Huggies products and these are no different

Having seen that almost all other babies were only wearing the swim nappies at the pool made me feel a lot better about my 4 month wearing just these too. They are comfy, fabulous fit, really keep in leaks but also keep in a lot of pool water so need to pour that out through her leg before wrapping her in a towel otherwise it gets drenched when you open the nappy. Highly recommend!

These are the main swim nappy that you can easily buy - they do the job and keep everything in while swimming, especially when teamed with a nappy cover. Be warned though - they are not absorbent like a standard nappy, that's not what they are designed for. So you may get a wet leg if you sit your little one on your knee at the wrong moment!

The nappies arrived on time, sensibly packaged. We used them under a Splash About swimming costume. I didn’t notice my baby had REALLY tested these nappies until we got back to the changing room! No leaking at all. They’re really soft and fastenings left no marks on my baby’s skin. I’m very happy with the seller and the product.

These nappies were used on a week holiday with a pool and they served their purpose perfectly. Our daughter showed no discomfort wearing them and they contained what they needed to. As others have mentioned they don't contain urine, but no swim nappy is intended to absorb like this otherwise they wouldn't function in water.

We haven't had to test these in full yet. My 6 month old has worn them for swimming but happily he hasn't decided to fill them so I can't comment on their leak proofNess for solids!they don't get heavy with water though which I think must help with the baby's comfort and ability to move in the water

These are bing used with a neoprene happy nappy and I have not had any leaks. My little one is very comfortable wearing these nappies and they don't get too heavy when wet. One you realise which way is the front and back (front has a toggle printed on it) you are ready to swim with peace of mind.

Swimm dipper gets the job done. They are soft and very easy to use.The dipper is a bit hard when compared to Libero and Pampers. However it doesn't have a strange smell like Pampers. It is better for a baby to use Huggies if a baby has a delicate skin.Taht is why we ware pleased with them.
