Excellent built quality, quite snappy with apps although it’s only got a fusion drive, will invest in a Samsung x5 external SSD thunderbolt drive later on as it produces ridiculous read/write speeds so no need to take machine apart to add an internal SSD, I have had 150 credited to my account also so saved money there. To add ram in this model you will have to take screen and remove the boards though, not for every user. This machine is more suited to the pro photo or video editors especially if you do the recommended upgrades, it also has good colour rgb matching profiles to implement, You can probably build a windows machine for cheaper than this but you won’t get the build quality and a screen as good as this,

I have upgraded from the 2009 model and WOW! a world of difference, particularly in speed. I am a photographer and editing photos has become a lot more enjoyable as I can easily flick through photos without having to wait for them to load, and actions in Photoshop (other photo editing software is available) are no instant due to the speed increase.The item is extremely well packaged as you would expect from Apple with the standard they have now set.It came in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier.The rechargeable mouse and keyboard will make a huge difference as I was going through quite a lot of batteries before and sometimes found myself having to go out and get some in the middle of doing some work.

This is my first Apple iMac. So it took some time to convert my old Windows 'computer head' to the new Apple operating system and there wasn't much instant simple tuition in the box. But, there is plenty of internet advice and it is possible to find how to work the machine if you dig deep enough. That said, I am very pleased with the iMac. It is quick, efficient and very stable. It also seems well protected from the treacherous hackers and fraudsters that prowl the internet. It also takes up much less space than my previous steam driven machine as all the clever bits are contained in the one screen. It costs more than other devices but on balance, I think it was money well spent.

I brought this as a direct replacement for my Mac book pro which which I needed to replace the screen but too expensive. This is an excelent machine being right in the mid range price range. Very easy to set up and all my favourites etc imported automatically which impressed me. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and I am really glad I went this route, especially with the 21" screen. Very recommended and if your thinking of buying one do it! you won't be dissapointed.

I brought this about 6 weeks ago and fell in love with it.Easy to set up you just plug cable into wall enter your Apple password and away you go instantly.So impressed I actually bought my grand daughter one.Money well spent and I hope this lasts as long as my old one..11years I had it and no major problems.It might strike you as being costly but you can't go wrong with this no messing around when updating with Apple.Its certainly the best.

I bought this because I needed a machine with a larger hard drive and it was cheaper than replacing my Macbook (which I get to keep as well!). It's display is awesome - really sharp graphics that make photos look great. Very straightforward to set up and use, didn't take too long either.I haven't really had chance to explore all the features yet but I'm very impressed so far and do not regret for an instant making the purchase.

I'd been looking for a new computer since my laptop started to slow down (early 2011 MacBook pro). Firstly the delivery was great. Came when it said it was going to, everything is smooth and it's lovely to have a fast computer again! I make a lot of music/ some video editing on my computer and so far this has been a dream to use. Highly recommended, don't be put off by the high price :)

An investment in an apple product is always a good idea and this computer is the crisp, fast, attractive computer I've always wanted. The keyboard is like silk, and when charged both keyboard and mouse last weeks. I use mine daily working from home and it's just an absolute joy and worth every penny.

Apple at its best. Superb screen, very fast to boot and process. Good connectivity... including a headphone jack! The migration assistant effortlessly transferred everything from my 10 year old iMac it replaces. There isn't really anything else like it. Very highly recommended.

fantastic "does what it says on the tin" no can't fault it very responsive and fantastic colours ideal for my work and to browsewould recommend it to anyone that is thinking of buying an iMac

I got this as a present for my partner, so he could edit his go pro footage, it’s brilliant nothing holds his attention, but this has kept him quiet for hours, wish I’d got it sooner.

Took the plunge,and moved from Windows to MacOS.FANTASTIC machine so easy to use, after finding my feet.Great for creating music, and video editing.
