Rosa Nobile is a floral perfume perfect for those who particularly enjoy the scent of roses.Acqua Di Parma have used the Centfolia Rose, grown for its oil which produces a sweet fragrance, and added pepper, bergamot and citrus which aren't too obvious but which add sharp, clean notes to the heady scent of roses. Base notes of ambergris and cedar add depth and the addition of peony, violet and lilly-of-the valley provide a beautiful layering of floral notes.Once on the skin Rosa Nobile warms quickly until it develops rich and heavy floral notes without becoming stale or candy sweet. Less is more with this perfume and you really don't need to use a lot for the full effect.

I bought this scent on the strength of a review and am glad I did; my wife and my daughter both liked it. Though, as the name suggests, Rosa Nobile is a rose-based scent, it doesn't smell old-fashioned - not that I'd have been bothered if it did, but my daughter might have been. There's a sweet top-note on first application, beneath which more complexity develops over a few hours; characteristic, peppery base-notes are detectable, but not emphasised. A few drops, which should be applied well before leaving home, create a rich scent which lingers for days. If you like the scent of roses and can afford the price, Rosa Nobile is a good choice.

My daughter loves the perfume! But buyer beware! The leather purse case can break and as Acqua di Parma don't make/sell these separately the leather purse spray loses its function as you have a glass spray without its case, the very thing that made it special in the first place. When you spend £80 and in less than six months later the item breaks this is not impressive. Come on Acqua sort it out either offer to fix the item, exchange it or at least manufacture spares. PS Customer Care in Italy very helpful but unable to offer a solution. Customer Care in UK no help what so ever, in fact still waiting for a reply! POOR.

I have used this product for the last three years and will not buy any other product. I bought a whole set for my daughter for her birthday and she is also now hooked.
