We bought two sets of these for our children for Christmas. The design is lovely, the material has a nice feel to it and the sizing perfect for small children. However, it is important to realise that this material does NOT have similar properties as plastic when it comes to resilience. We broke two plates and a bowl within two weeks of using them because they landed on the floor. The material is breakable and if I would have know this beforehand I probably would have opted for a ceramic set.
