The tray worked beautifully for cheese biscuits using the recipe provided. The recipe is written in German though. It worked less well for the Kipferl biscuits because it is not so easy to spread the dough into the mould and the biscuits turned out with uneven edges. It is less noticeable for cheese biscuits. All in all it works well enough.

This works really well as long as you have the right consistency of dough, otherwise it is very hard to get it to fill the spaces
