This is a great pan with creativity galore in making Whoopie pies for the fall season. I make the sugar cookie recipe from the packaging paper that came with the pan. After mixing the dough up, divided up in four groups, and color each with a fall color, Then I chill the dough in the four sections individually wrapped. After chilling I mixed up a little of the three colors as to making a multi-colored leaf with greens, yellows, and some red. For the pumpkins, used orange dough and a touch of green dough for the stems, and so on. After baking and cooling, I made a maple-flavored buttercream icing for the filling.

I was a little hesitant to purchase this product based on the reviews but I used the pan for the first time and had no problems with the whoopie pies sticking at all! I used smart balance omega non stick cooking spray before I put the batter in and when they were done baking they did not stick to the pan at all. I'm very pleased with this product and would recommend it to anyone. And the shapes are super cute too!

This pan works very well. You have to make sure you really grease the leafy design completely, though. Those tended to be harder to remove once cooked. You can do more than whoopie pies in this, like mini quiche, and even brownies and shaped cookies. Washes easily, considering the intricacy of the design.

I used this with a Junior High class--we made pumpkin muffins for our school's preschool Pumpkin Patch festival. We just used regular muffin batter, and they came out great, and mostly popped out fine. We did grease the pan, though.

Perfect. Non stick and works great for pumpkin pancakes. the pancakes turn out great every time and just pop right out.

This pan is great. Non stick finish cleans up fast. The autumn theme will be handy for a fall wedding we are planning.

Fantastic we made them with white and milk chocolate instead of whoopie pie mix they look amazing
