Fantastic Crimbo gift to myself that just keeps on giving! At last a tin that can stand up to the challenge of my ever rising Yorkshire puddings! I've never had a problem with the size of my yorkies but as the mother in law was coming for Christmas I wanted to really take the mickey out of her flat pancakes and find a tin that would exaggerate my already proud puddings...... Omg this was just the tin to do it with! Not only did my yorkies rise but filling the already deep wells 2/3rds full of mixture and then standing well back from the oven, with a torch in one hand and the other covering my mouth whilst Chuckling an evil laugh, I was in ore as I watched this tray give added support to my growing towers of pride. After 20 minutes the evil deed was complete and thanks to the added depth of this tin giving added reinforced sides to the puddings - they didn't even sink back down once added to the dinner plate. It worked wonders shutting her up during the entire meal, she didn't refer to it, comment or hide it in her handbag, she just shut up and ate up! AND I haven't managed to kill its non stick ability yet either which just goes to show the magnificent quality coating as normally I've killed them after 5 uses. If you'd like to render your mother in law speechless during mealtimes, here's my fail safe recipe.... Sift high and twice 4oz of organic plain flour into a large bowl, add a pinch of sea salt, add 2 large organic eggs to the centre of the flour and using a hand balloon whisk; whisk the eggs into the flour until it's that stodgy you need the milk. Add 1/2 pint of cold skimmed milk slowly bit by bit to the stodgy mixture whilst you whisk then leave for at least half hour either in the fridge or on the worktop. Pour a tablespoon of oil into 4 of the wells on the tray and heat up in the 220c fan assisted oven for 5 minutes. Give the mixture a final whisk before pouring 2/3rds full into each well and place in oven for 20minutes never open the the oven door during this time - my mother in law does this and this is why she is known as Ann the flat pancake mam ;)The way to a mans heart is through his stomach and if you can feed him better than his mother ever did especially whilst in her company, suddenly her 15 years worth of snipes are as non stick as this tray is haha :)

Really nicely sized and priced, i would say, cannot fault it. Requires tall, large muffin papers although in a pinch you can simply cut a square of greaseproof/silicone paper, push into the hole and press it to the corners with your fingers, all-the-while pulling the protruding paper straight and trying to encourage it to fold and overlap in a way that is even distributed, and once youve smoothed it well just cut off the protruding excess with scissors. A simple little recipe (of my very own) for these sorts of molds:weighed directly into bowl number 1-145g (yes grams) whole milk145g sunflower oil2 eggsdash of vanilla extractwhisk briefly to combineRefridgerate/freeze some white chocolate toencourage it to hold its shape whilst bakingadd into the bowl-140g white granulated or caster sugarzest of 1 lemon200g roughly chopped, chilled white chocolate100g frozen raspberries50g chopped dried cranberries (optional)mix in roughly, then sift over this mixture-300g Self-raising flourmix until flour is no longer visible (careful to scrape the bottom), divide over the 6 lined cups, place in the oven at 180 for about 40 minutes, turn around if your oven is as terrible as mine is, and allow a further 10-15. the mixture should not clump heavily to a wooden skewer when inserted into the middle of a muffin. Allow to cool in tin slightly (risk losing their shape if removed too soon after bake) and remove and place on a paper towel to absorb any excess grease, allow to cool.

Best baking buy to date.I bake to fundraise in my honour of my son I lost and wow these jumbo muffins have certainly made a difference Wilton thank you. They are like the ones you'd pay £3 a muffin for in certain coffee shops but now I make my own Blueberry Strusel to Chocolate Banana & more and people can't get enough which has given my sins fundraiser a boost. They are so great I bought 2 and will now be buying more. Please do not be out off by size as the muffins tins do so much more than just that, they do iceream deserts, Milton middle chocolate cakes, they told my cones for my Dulce de Leche cone cupcakes.Fantastic price, size, quality. A great for any baker. Highly recommended speedy delivery.Top of my wishlist now love these muffin pans.I'd use the cafe muffin tulip cases (B01MRNUU65Bakery direct 200 Chocolate brown Tulip coffee shop muffin wraps/cases £10.99) great price for 200 cases.

We find the tins far too big for muffins however anyone wanting the perfect Yorkshire pudding I would buy these as they are perfect. If you need to impress muffins do look fabulous in these but be warned you need a lot of cake mix I only got 5 however they had the wow factor using the tulip style casesAnyone scared of making puddings try my recipe, measure 3 eggs in a jug add exactly the same ml of milk and plain flour salt and pepper. Let it stand a good hour or longer in the fridge and only give a quick stir before use. Put your tins in the oven whilst cooking the roast they need to be hot, turn the oven on full and cover the bottoms with veg oil and get it smoking,5 to 10 mins add the mix quickly and put in the oven for about 15 minutes turn it down to about 180c for the last 5 minutes or so. Perfect every time I promise and it will make 6

The tins were fine but every time I put in my card number you told me you did not recognise it.After three tries you asked for a different card and number. This I did and still you told me it was an invalid number.I was not expecting an order and was going to try another company. For some reason I put it on hold. Two days later(Sunday) I had the delivery.Next day another delivery.I now have 3x6 hole muffin tins and 3x200 muffin cases. As regard to the muffin tins, they are a very good quality so I have kept them all and will pass them on in the family when I am gone.Regards Bernard Bates

Rather than your typical uk morsel bite fairy cake muffins we love the variety produced in this HEAVY muffin tin.we also cook bacon egg cups in these (almost a fry up in a muffin shape on toast).durable, wilton quality, an item to covet, we tend to use these for our own home eat batches of muffin & make smaller for everyone else (cake sales etc). The muffins you will produce using this tin will be very moist & deserve quality ingredients, they become "meal muffins" as they are big enough to satisfy most appetites!recommended.

A brilliant not-so little cupcake tin! Makes a lovely, filling breakfast muffin size. Fits the large tulip muffin cases, so just what I wanted for posh muffins and bread buns for Church fairs and feeding friends and family. Don't forget, it takes slightly more than twice the filling : a twelve- "fairycake" cake mix made only five tulip muffins. But it cooks in similar times because the pan conducts heat so very well. Not kind for dieters but I strongly recommend if you want size, proper even bake and excellent finish!

I bought two of these pans and was not disappointed. Excellent quality, very heavy gauge.I doubled up on my standard Muffin recipe and increased cooking time by 7 minutes..brilliant results every time. Also recommend you purchase 'Bakery direct 200 Chocolate brown Tulip coffee shop muffin wraps' (which I bought from Amazon).Have now made various Muffins..Raspberry & white chocolate, Blueberry..the list goes on! ..everyone loves them and always have requests to make more.

Really great huge tins. I purchased these to make molten middle sticky toffee puddings in for desserts. They worked a treat. I think they really would be too big for muffins as even the gents that came to dinner at Easter struggles to eat a whole pudding. I can see why people need to double the muffin recipe too, given the size of the pan. It washed up really well too. Quick rinse and it was clean. A really good purchase and one very happy chef.

I've always wanted a muffin pan that's deep enough to allow you to bake tall muffins that rise to the top of tulip cases and these deliver in spades. I think they would be great for 'coffee shop' style mini pannetones though I haven't tried these myself. They're also brilliant for tall Yorkshire puddings or American popovers. The pans are heavy and don't twist or warp even in a very hot oven. They're also a cinch to clean - so far no complaints.

Selected as lighter color (vs dark gray black on some other options) and 2 pack set of 6 hole was wanted so the tray could be used in microwave/convection combo oven. So far, so good - ocassionally used with muffin liners as they present better when sharing with friends, but when used as is, slight greasing with oil results in flawless release.

This is an excellent muffin tin, it is non stick and quite lightweight for such a large tin. It would also be ideal for popovers and Yorkshire puddings. I will also try making some individual bread puddings and baked oatmeal in the tin, regular muffin tins don't hold enough for a decent sized portion. Would definitely recommend this product.

After ordering various versions of these from different sellers I finally got this one. Others claimed to be XL or for muffins (rather than fairy cakes) but this one actually is. It's huge which means you could make mega muffins or fill according to how large you want your baked goods to be 10/10. Thanks ?

This Muffin Pan is solidly made but be prepared for the size of it, it is enormous compared to European sized equivalents! Not only good for jumbo sized muffins but I think it could be used for deep filled pies which I will certainly try using it for? A good buy? - most certainly, well pleased with it!
