I had been looking at this baking tray for a while and didn't want to buy it unless I could get the paper cases for it. I have separate mini tins and thought this would be a better idea. I ordered the Wilton paper cases before and they did not fit my tins so as soon as this came I tried them and they fit perfectly. I have already baked fruit cakes, banana cakes, ginger cakes and coffee cake. They all came out really well and have been bagged and frozen. Although I am using the cases any cake mix that has spilled onto the tin has just wiped off easily, the non-stick coating seems really thick good quality.The size of the cakes is quite generous although no one has complained!

Today I tried out this tray by making 8 mini cheese herb and onion loves, turned out a treat :-) The loaves all released effortlessly from the tin after baking and because nothing sticks its easy to clean. I might buy or two more of these.

Apart from a small dent,it arrived quickly and safely. The tray was strong with no flexing. Only baked with it once to date but the nonstick worked well and a good size of mini-loaves were produced.

I was surprised by the weight and quality of this baking tray. Everything I've cooked so far has cooked through evenly and slipped out very easily after cooling. It's exactly what I wanted.

The nature of these is that they’re ‘faffy’ to use and clean. However I use slips of baking parchment now and pop them in to soak straight away. Great product giving great results.
