This was a waste of money and lots of time. I bought a 6TB drive less than a year ago and it has been a constant stream of problems:1) streaming onto a Samsung smart TV is a no go. It just keeps disconnecting. And it is definitely a WD problem, as I can stream to the TV from my desktop PC using Serviio without any problems.2) Disconnects constantly from my network, and as another reviewer said, I have to unplug and plug in the power cord of the drive from time to time when it stops responding.3) Number 2) then lead to a complete breakdown in the operating system. So I am now on a replacement drive from WD. To their credit the replacement was a relatively simple process, but the support was not useful.
