Many people will probably hate this and other "natural" deodorants because they aren't antiperspirants. However, that's the whole point. This isn't an antiperspirant. It won't stop you sweating. Therefore, as long as you don't stink, this is doing exactly what it says on the tin. Based on this, I can't quite give it 5 stars like Weleda's Sage deodorant, but it is certainly worthy of at least 4. I wish there was the ability to give 4.5 as it's only a bit behind the Sage variant's anti-stinkage capabilities!My only real complaint is that this is quite expensive and doesn't last very long. I typically get a few weeks or a month out of this size of bottle, maybe a little more outside the summer months.

May this never be discontinued!!! I've used it for, I don't know - 20 years? It's an amazing product and it's just so simple... I'm chronically ill and very concerned about using chemicals and blocking the natural flow of fluids - sweating serves a very important purpose. This smells wonderful and keeps me fresh all day. In the summer when I sweat a lot, it may fail, but I don't find it a problem to rinse my armpits and spray some of this in the middle of the day. To be fair that doesn't happen often in this climate. I don't sweat massive amounts generally but someone who does might consider using this several times a day rather than blocking the pores with horrible chemicals - that's a sure way to getting breast cancer.

This deodorant works great for me - I am so happy to have finally found a natural deodorant I can use. I have tried so many different brands in bar, stick, powder and spray form. Many if them have given me a horrible rash after using for a few weeks, or they simply don't work. Weleda has caused me no skin irritation, the smell is nice and fresh citrus, and it works! If I'm doing something rather sweaty, I do find a quick reapplication is necessary, but I think you'll find this to be true of any natural deodorant. I will say that my husband also tried this, and doesn't feel it is the best for him - however he has been able to use many of the deodorant bars that irritate me, so everyone is different.

Aside from the fact that this product is safe (no aliminium) and as natural as possible it smells really good. Very fresh. I was amazed at how excellent the anti perspirant works in this product. I work in a spa its hot and I do massage all day and yet this little gem kept me completely and utterly dry. Very impressive. Will 100% have this in my locker from now on. I didnt reapply either and also apprciated not being swathed in the usual noxious cloud of mist that average canned deodorants cause. No white lines but take care as the bottle is glass. I think ill try one of the other fragrances too.

I have been using this for a while now and keep buying it again and again. Over the years I have tried various natural deodorants but none have been as pleasant as this and as effective. I love the smell of the lemon, it is noticable when just sprayed but mild enough that you don't smell like waling lemon. It is also effective (obviously not as 72h poor blocker) but effective enough that you stay fresh for a day unless you are runing a marathon in it and don't have shower afterwards.

I love the smell but it doesn't last very long on the skin. I'm using a mineral deodorant now, and occasionally baking powder (but not daily because it dries up your skin) I found that if you get rid of chemical deodorants altogether your sweat will smell less and less bad. Just like with the no-shampoo method there is a transitioning period.

If you want to smell of oranges, this is the thing you need. I would use it in conjunction with one of those lump-of-salt deoderants. It doesn't last all day but I carry a small one with me. This doesn't work as well as whatever you'd buy at Superdrug but there are so many reasons you'd not want to use that noxious stuff.

Good product, not too overpowering after a few hours. Seems to do the trick, not the greatest smell in the world but ok for an alternative to chemicals that may cause people illness. Would like to see more smells of this product. I think it will last a reasonable amount of time, they are a little expensive.

I'm buying my third bottle now and I have just tested it out on a 2 week holiday to Turkey (lots of midday walking) and it worked great. I am now convinced that it is normal, commercial deodorants that cause B.O - or at least make it a lot worse!It has a nice citrus sent too.

Really love this deodrant & thoughly recommend it. Seems pricey but infact isn't as lasts well & works well. Originally bought mine at Holland & Barrett but they discontinued it. I also love the fact I can just recycle the glass bottle . Will be ordering again ???

Perfect, safe deodorant, one of the most effective on the natural alternative market. I also like the dr organics roll on's from holland and barrett. If you are trying alternatives for the first time this is a definite one to try first!!

My wife, daughter or granddaughters should be writing this review as they all swear by it. It is my task to obtain it for them - not always easy as we live in South Africa - which reminds me - I need to get some more. Highly recommended.

Smells nice but the smell doesn’t last. however it does work and stopped me smelling even during this heatwave. Cannot be used after shaving as it stings. It is expensive so probably will stick to my crystal deodorant when it runs out.

Not an antiperspirant but works well and I don't smell with it feel fresh. I've tried a lot of the natural deo and this and the salt stick I think are the only ones worth buying, I prefer this one as I like my deodorant having a sent.

Don't use this within a day or so of shaving as it stings when applied initially! It works though and I haven't noticed a reaction so I'll persevere. Like that it's natural but there are better out there....but also more costly!
