A really nice everyday or special ballpoint pen. The blue is blue and I think the colour is nicer in reality than shown here - it is slightly deeper for me. But that can depend on many things - say your monitor and the surrounding light - so colours online can only be approximate.Whatever, it is a nice slim pen which arrives in a plush blue cool box, I already have the stainless steel version with gold trim which I use daily. I will give that to my sister and use the blue obsession one for myself. It writes very smoothly and has a nice weight to it. It feels comfortable between the fingers. It's very pencil-like and can be used for ink drawing too.This would make a lovely present for anyone and represents great value.

I really like the Waterman Hemisphere biros - the pens look lovely and are relatively small, which suits my hands.I've been using a chrome one - a business gift - for many years, and thought I'd get a jazzy purple one for my document case.Prices seem oddly variable depending on who you buy from and which colour you want. I got a good price from Forecast-Pens (highly recommended).It's a beautiful lustrous purple, with chrome trim.At the end of the day it's just a biro, but I like the build quality of the Waterman pens I've had before, their size fits my hand well, and this looks great (to my eyes). Yes, you can get a biro for pennies, but I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Great seller and speedy delivery. I have 3 Waterman pens and the workmanship is incredible. This is a beautiful and smooth ballpoint pen to write with. The purple colour is really vibrate and as with any Waterman pen the casing is exceptional. I collect pens and this is one of my favourite brands. I would highly recommend this as a nice pen for yourself or as a gift. The giftbox that they arrive in really makes you feel like you have bought a high quality pen. In addition to which this seller provide a free refill with the pen.

I've used Waterman Hemisphere fountain pens for a few years now and thought I'd try out the ball point.The pen really looks good, a lovely shade of blue and is presented in a matching blue Waterman case. The pen itself is well balanced, sturdy but not too heavy.The point is deployed and retracted by a twist mechanism and writes very smoothly with blue ink. This really is an excellent pen sutiable for everyday use or even as a gift. Good value at under £40 for a quality pen.

You can buy a perfectly serviceable pen for a couple of pounds. However, the understated sophisticated elegance of the Waterman Hemisphere ballpoint with its fine balance, comforting weight and smooth delivery of ink justifies the additional outlay and makes it a real pleasure to own and use. In my opinion it can stand comparison favourably with considerably more expensive pens such as Montblanc.

The pen came in a nice presentation box with the pen held securely inside a loop. The pen itself is a nice dark blue colour, and is quite slender, yet despite the size has a nice weight. This weight is more substantial on the top, meaning the pen seemed to rest naturally against my hand making it comfortable to use. When writing the ink flow is consistent without having to apply much pressure.

Beautifully balanced pen, which writes to perfection, this should delight any collector of pens (like me) or anyone who needs a good looking, reliable writer for work. Waterman make lovely pens (I own one of their fountain pens) and this is no exception. It would make a lovely present - either for yourself or for someone who appreciates fine pens.

Waterman pens are something special. A delight to write with, so smooth. Looks and feels great. My wife found this just the right weight for her and has pinched it! Pure quality! Slim design. Lovely blue colour with a gift box. You can't go wrong with this biro as a present for yourself or someone else!

I have this same pen in a dark green and it's always written beautifully so I got this one as a gift for my mum. When I saw it I wanted to keep this one, too. It's lovely, although the green is a gorgeous metallic-looking racing green......She was very pleased with it so I hope it gets some use !!

This was a Christmas present for my husband 'n year ago and got stolen. He asked for exactly the same present this year, because he loves it. My husband is also left-handed, which can cause problems with ink smears in cheaper pens. He loves using this pen and it looks really great.

I bought this for my granddaughter who has begun her first year at university. Whilst most of her work will be created on a computer, there is still room for a good pen and this is a good pen. She is thrilled with it.

Waterman ballpoint pen bought as a replacement for my older parker which I lost a few weeks ago on a train. Very pleased with this pen.
