Great additional to my collection. The pen came well packaged and in good condition. The build quality seems very good.Not completed sold on the rollerball cartridge after using fountain pens. Hopefully it is a bad batch and my next refill will flow ink a lot better than this.Overall very happy with it and the bargain price Amazon offered.

It's a nice rollerball which writes smoothly and it feels luxurious. It comes in a nice box and it's a nice present. As the cap is silver-coloured, it becomes darker with the time. But you can clean it again with toothpaste to become shiny again.At first I didn't see the ink cartridge which was in the box under the cushion.

Ordered a Waterman Carene Black Lacquer Gold Trim Rollerball - Gift Boxed but an empty Waterman box delivered with a message written on the outer white covering sleeve. Amazon quickly replaced but suspect Q&A's needed at originating warehouse! Nevertheless, a good pen, which writes well.

Writes beautifully; I love it!The ink cartridge is in the box under the padding ... in case like me you panic that they haven't sent ink in the pen ;-)
