I bought this to match the fountain pen in the same range. My untidy scrawl looks pretty awful when I use a ballpoint, but I find a rollerball produces results which are near-identical to those of a fountain pen. And it's far more convenient when I'm on the move, too. This one is beautifully-crafted as one would expect from Waterman, despite it's relatively modest price-tag. For me, it's a perfectly balanced writing instrument although, being slim and lightweight, it is perhaps best suited to a female hand.

I've long been a fan of Waterman, many years ago I first bought a fountain pen with a blue mottled finish, it worked flawlessly for nearly 20 years until some (expletive deleted) stole it at work - grr.Decided to treat myself to a new pen for general use at home and plumped for this one due to the brushed aluminium look which I've always liked and the quite reasonable price.The pen is well weighted, writes with a consistent quality and is a nice thing to hold, all in all I'm delighted.

Really happy with the purchase, I have never used rollerball pens before, it's so much easier to write with it compared to a ballpoint pen, you don't have to push the pen to the paper you justsimply touch it and voila, it's writing. Nice consistent black ink and an absolutely stunning minimalist finish, I couldn't find an other pen that looks so good as this regardless of price category (although I understand it's very subjective). I just ordered the mechanical pencil too from this line.

This is a lovely pen. It just feels right in your hand, and the rollerball just glides over the page leaving a perfect line of ink. You can tell anything written using this pen hasn't been written by a biro. Looks closer to a fountain pen in the quality. I also bought 2 refills for an extra £5 which was dead cheap. Recently this pen was selling for £80 in John Lewis. I happened to get it here for £34. I love it, and it inspires me to write more letters!

I bought this because I've got the matching fountain pen for when a fountain pen can't be used. The pen is a lot heavier than the fountain pen equivalent and sometimes it requires more pressure applied to it than I'm used to (and more pressure than the fountain pen requires), but that said it's a lovely pen. It just misses out on the 5th star because of the pressure thing.

Thought they had forgotten to include the refill...it is in the bottom of the box! Double check in case you think it has not been included.....Nearly had a heart attach as bought this as a gift for my partner, he just picked up the pen and went to work...then he discovered there was no refill....I was not happy...then found out it is in the bottom of the box!!!!!

I bought this to replace a previous one that I had lost. I love Waterman pens and really missed my other one when I lost it so I am happy to have a replacement. It is slightly different in design to the one I had before but it writes just as well if not better and I am very happy with it. Definitely worth buying a decent pen to write with.

It is obvious this is a very fine quality pen. I am highly satisfied with it but there is no way, surely, that the refill is a fine point. It seems more like a medium point to me. Other than this little gripe, the pen itself is excellent and writes lovely in spite of me preferring a true fine point.

Waterman (S0920750) Hemisphere Rollerball Pen CT, Matte Black Gold Trim, bought this pen for my son for Christmas for a present the package it cam in the sleeve was covered in black finger marks, a bit disappointing as this was going to be a present , so had to give it without the sleeve box

Everyone who is complaining there is no ink needs to read the description!! It clearly states inknis below the pen cushion you have to put it in !!! Of course if you get a replacement the same will occur because you don’t look or read before you buy!!! Great pen.

I bought the rollerball/fountain/ballpoint/pencil as a set they look smart and feel good to write with in fact they feel expensive (which in fairness they are!). My only minor concern is the pencil which is a little temperamental about producing the lead

Nice pen at good price received next day. The gift message and package options was poor. I ordered 3 identical pens with gift messages which arrived with 2 gift packages and one message.

Nice pen but supplied without ink cartridge. Neither the pictures of the item or information provided explains this as far as I can see. Embarrassing when giving this item as a gift!

Quality and looks very professional, can't think I'll need another pen for a while, I do have the fountain pen from the range but unfortunately the lid detail is slightly different.
