My tableware is the New Wave design, but unfortunately the range of glassware for drinking is very limited. There are no jugs produced in the range, so I looked at other V&B alternatives. I chose this one because of its elegant style and its curves and it looks great with New Wave crockery etc. It is well made and weighty, which is a good sign. It is very tall, so doesn't fit into my sideboard, which isn't a problem for me personally, but if you feel it would be for you, I would recommend considering the 1 litre alternative.
