Excellent as gravy jug – just the right size (and price) for my needs and the narrow neck prevents splashing or spillage while mixing vigorously. Word of warning: beware of thermal shock; sadly I (slow learner) have cracked two of these by pouring in boiling water. I'm about to order another though!

I really love this little jug, had one previously and after about 10 years it just gave up. Hunted high and low locally to replace it with no joy, but found it here. Great to micro and mix things in but attractive enough to put on the dinning table as well. Pour well and the balance is really good.

What a fantastic little jug. I've been looking for a carafe for my poorly mum, so she can have a drink handy all the time, but they're very expensive, then I saw this jug. As it only holds 1/2 a litre, it's not too heavy for her. I've since bought another, in case one gets broken.

This jug is just as I had expected it to be - size included. Note this is a small jug not a 1Lt jug used to serve water or drinks.Perfect for serving gravy or sauces which is why I needed it. Product was well packaged and arrived promptly.

I use this jug when I make gravy or sauces. Always remember to put a spoon in the jug before filling it with boiling water. The only reason I had to replace the original jug was because I forgot to put in a spoon which caused it to crack.

Call use old fashioned but we like this type of jug for milk. It is firm based, beautifully balance. Cleans in the dishwasher, and does not drip.These items are not stocked in shops these days. bought two in case they stop being made.

I will as looking for this in Stores but many of store keepers said it’s out dated.When I found on Amazon I ordered 2 though I was in need of one only.Compare to store price is little more.But it’s okay because I wanted desperately.

I Brought two, use for 2 generous milk jugs, have one for cows milk and the second for the soya milk. Arrived on time and well packaged. Choose clear glass so it’s easy to identify which jug has which milk. Highly recommend.

I honestly laughed when i opened the box because i did not bother to read that this is a 0.5 l jug, so i was expecting a huge ol' 1.5 l jug! I do like it however, it's very cute and can be used for milk at the table...

So glad I found this jug - I had the exact same one for years which unfortunately got dropped recently and broke. I really like the shape and size of it and it is excellent quality.

Exactly what I was looking for but arrived chipped. I didn't get around to contacting seller. Good size as a normal jug isn't always what's needed.

Exactly what was needed to replace a broken item. and identical to an unbroken piece we still have. They arrived very carefully and safely packed.

perfect size for holding milk at breakfast time.only gave 4 stars as slight chip in glass but hardly noticeable aside from on close inspection

Nice sturdy jug that pours well and washes well. Its a useful size that fits well in the fridge. What more can you say about a glass jug!
