Strap is comfortable and robust and light while out running you forget you have it onI've used it several times for swimming (not a swimmer) and it works well and it's great to see the distance that you have coveredI've had Garmin’s in the past and I struggle to see the display, its easy to use and the large display means I can see what I need to when I'm running despite normal having to put my glasses on to read the dataIf you are thinking of investing in a GPS watch I cannot recommend this watch highly enough. The only criticism that I could come up with is that the tomtom website that you upload your data to is quite basicNot a problem as you can upload to different websites like to mapmyrun

Love it ! Very easy to use and change from one sport to another.separate bike mount realy useful, had garmin before like this much more.
