For me this was a game changer, I have health problems and I bought this in lock down to keep a eye on my hart rate. This honestly is amazing I love watching the circles fill up every day on my fitness. I use a sleep app and it’s helping me brake bad habits, the breathing app is brilliant. I have text and used for calls when I’ve lost my phone somewhere and it’s grate(And to find my iPhone). The longer I have it the happier I am with it, batterie life is about 24hr for me and charging takes about 45mins from dead, I wouldn’t have bought this if it hadn’t have been for lockdown but I’m glad I did and I can show my ecg to my Gp

So this is the first Apple watch I’ve purchased, i always see my friends with it and think i want one! It keeps me updated even when im at work, keeps track of my fitness and allows me to keep updated with my emails. There are still some things Apple needs to work on like more apps that replicate the phone apps and web browser as it seems silly to have a watch but no browser. The watch itself receives many compliments for the way it looks, the adjustable strap is great and you receive two sizes of straps. The screen display i chose was 40mm and i think its perfect for me

This is the first Apple Watch I have owned and I am very impressed. The features and notifications make it a versatile and useful Tool. I do a lot of sport and with the combination of the watch and third party apps recording your workout in so much detail is a brilliant way to improve.I highly recommend choosing the right size for your wrist as a good fit is essential for sport and workouts. The sports strap it comes with is very comfortable and looks great but I have also ordered a smarter metal chain band from amazon for more formal use.

I had the Apple Watch series 4 (40m screen) and loved every minute of it! On days where I would very rarely need it to days I needed to use it constantly, absolutely perfect! I decided this time to go to a bigger screen and wow what a amazing decision, so much better and for £30 more, you’d be daft not it! Even better being able to get this through Very and pay it back per instalments, packaged with care and attention to detail, it’s the simple things!P.s would love if very would get into selling the watch straps as well!

I’ve had an Apple Watch before but have it up for a Fitbit. But just recently I’m being monitored for a heart problem, so seeing the new watch had an ecg app it was a no brainier. Everything I didn’t like about the old versions has been fixed, the workout/running apps are brilliant. The watch itself is beautiful and of course the ecg app is great. The different backgrounds you can choose are great there’s so much choice and all can be customised. The fact the display is always on is also a great feature. Very very happy with it.

Had various Smart watches and returning to Apple Series 5 is superb. The problems with Apple in the past had been the App for recording activity and need to move to see the watch. Series 5 is always on but dims, though still readable, at rest. Excellent visibility exercising. Battery life is fine I charge it an hour or so morning and evening allowing sleep monitoring, automatically, with third party app. Drain on my phone - iPhone xr minimal. So well done Apple and Argos. An excellent watch.

I've been a Apple fan since the very first Mac and had all the iPhones and several iPads but never stepped up to the iWatch. I have used the fitbits to record steps, flights of stairs etc. but thought it time to move up to a smart watch. The iwatch delivers SO much more than just movement tracking. I find myself leaving my iphone on the desk or in my pocket and just lifting my wrist. The battery is lasting for a couple of days before it needs charging but I'm playing with it all the time.

Cannot recommend the Apple watch enough. The 40mm size watch face is suitable for slender wrists, and very easy to use overall. It was a concern that the smaller face would make the touchscreen and interface difficult to use but those worries were unfounded in practice. The overall design and form factor is fantastic, being great to look at but also easy to forget about while taking part in whatever activity floats your boat. Straps are easy to replace, and syncing with the iPhone a doddle.

It has motivated me to do more exercise !!I love the size of it and it is very comfortable on the wrist. I got the normal GPS one and it’s perfect as I always have my Phone on me so I can still use my watch for Calls and texts etc.One thing I would say is check the bands closely! As when I got mine it had marks on so I went and swapped it. It has great battery life too! Doesn’t take long to charge either. However, I do suggest getting a case on the watch as the screen scratches easily.

I can’t rate this Apple Watch highly enough, I love how I can make and answer calls, so clear it sounds to the caller just like I’m on my mobile phone, speak or write text replies, also works with what’s app, lots of apps available directly from your wrist, the Mickey/Minnie clock face speak the time, and I just love the toy story screensavers, don’t buy a cheaper substitute as I did, as it had to go back and now I have my Apple Watch, after only 2 weeks I couldn’t imagine life without it now

Really happy with the product. I wish the battery lasted a little longer (it requires a full charge each day) and unfortunately I have already got a couple of lights scuffs/scratches on the watch. Finding a decent screen protector is hard as they don't tend to stick easily, and the plastic cases aren't suitable for wearing the watch in water - i.e. for swimming. Other than these two issues, I love being able to track my health and activity, and the walkie-talkie function is pretty neat too.

Bought this watch to replace my fitbit which was scratched. It's a lot more expensive but is so much better. The display is clear and can be easily changed. It has to be paired to an i-phone (at least 6S) but that was relatively easy to do once my software was up to date. The only disappointment is the battery life - the watch has to be charged daily so it goes on the charger every night. Recommend getting a protective cover to prevent possibility of scratching it. Overall very happy.

Over the moon with my new Apple Watch Series 5. Very comfortable and lightweight. It does everything it says it will do, it's essentially just your phone connected to your wrist. Very helpful when away from your phone as you can ask Siri anything whilst your phone is in a different room. I went for the 44mm due to the battery life apparently being less powerful in the 40mm. I'm a 24yo slim female and the 44mm doesn't look bulky on my wrist. (Get a case for your watch before you use it).

I have purchased this watch as the heart monitor is the most advanced available. I recently had a heart attack and was sent home from A&E saying it was probably a panic attack. Luckily I had recorded the event on a heart tracker and asked to speak to a cardiologist. When I showed him the trace I was rushed to high dependency and after further tests required a quadruple heart bypass. If I didn’t have the heart tracker I wouldn’t be here today. It may be expensive but worth every penny.

The Series 5 Apple Watch has an always on display, it means no more sneakily tapping the watch face to see the time in meetings, like I had to do with the series 3. The face does dim but the time is always showing. I’ve not found the battery life to be impacted by the AOD and can eke our slightly more battery life than Apple rate the watch, although it depends how much the watch is used. It’s the 4th Apple Watch I’ve had and definitely the best one yet, memory storage is bigger too
