Price not great, battery could be better but a great piece of kit to have on your wrist. Had a series 2 before but that had the expanding battery problem so did take a while to move onto the series 5 but brings a smile to my face and has some very useful tech. I went for the stainless steel model to get the better quality glass as I have a habit of scratching my watches so will have to wait and see how effective this is as there some mixed reviews on how good it is. Oh and the packaging is a joy to behold although I know it is irrelevant in the big picture.UpdateI have now returned the watch as after 7 days Vodafone were unable to connect the cellular one number.

Absolutely love my Apple Watch! Worth every penny!I had a Fitbit which was great but no comparison now to this. It does everything I want it to, though miss competing with steps with my Fitbit friends and the sleep analysis.I decided on the cellular and again, I’m so glad I did. I’m able to see messages, answer calls and go out for my walks or running without having to drag my iPhone 8 Plus.It took a while to sort out everything, how to use etc... and that’s only because I’m not the smartest on tech.Nothing beats the quality of Apple. Even the packaging is real quality.Small drawback is the battery life but now I’ve got used to it and not playing with it every minute since I got it 3 days ago,

Firstly i love this watch!I've had every series since day 1 and this is by far the best watch, and i love the bigger display.I've dropped one star as my previous Apple Watch 4 used to last for 2-3 days.This one after one day is down to about 25% so has to be charged every night without fail. It wouldn't last much of day 2 if you didn't. It's not too much of an issue for me, however when away it makes it even more important to take your charger with you as when i have forgotten before, it wasn't so much of an issue. Now you'd have no watch.It's probably down to the screen always being on, unlike the previous version, so I'm sure apple will address this with future updates.But don't let that put you off,

Decided in lockdown to buy myself the latest Apple 5 series Watch wasn’t sure whether to go with cellular or not but decided in the end to go with cellular and I love my watch, bought the grey/black option and so pleased I did, watch looks fab with a white strap for when I go on holiday and black strap for the gym, I am Finding the Watch easy to operate and it only costs £5 a month to add the cellular to my O2 account Also Very offered a great deal for buying, thank you Very

During black Friday sales, there was an offer of extra free sport band if you buy apple watch S5 cellular. I thought it was good offer and immediately ordered online and went to pick up in my local argos store the following day. On collection I was told that there is no extra sport band as it was advertised wrongly. It was huge disappointment and I had to cancel my order. Nothing wrong with watch but the problem with Argos for advertising things not on offer.

For anyone that has an Apple Watch 1,2 or 3 and is looking to upgrade then this is a no brainer. As you would expect from Apple it works seamlessly and is a great evolution of the previous versions. The always on display is particularly useful and doesn’t mean you having to walk around doing the wrist flick. If you are a watch 4 owner then there is little difference between the 4 and 5 save the always on display. All in all a fantastic watch highly recommend

Overall: Great upgrade for someone with a Series 3 or lower. Obviously, the highlight feature of this watch is the Always-On display. While a little late to the party, the Apple Watch Series 5 executes on this feature quite well, with unique effects for each kind of watch face. I didn't notice much of an issue with battery life. With Always-On enabled, I was ending most days with over 35%,

Worth getting the stainless steel and the gold is just stunning. If you have the extra money then go for the stainless model.This will give you the crystal sapphire glass which will never scratch. Also there are so many straps to get and most of the third party ones are just as a good quality as the Apple ones.Go the extra mile for the stainless one you won’t be disappointed.

I am loving this - my daughter had one and told me I would love it - I bought it unsure if whether I really would but have to say, it's amazing - I can even answer a phone call when my phone is in another room .... brilliant technology, love it! Counting steps, monitoring heart beat, receiving my emails and whatsapp messages ... this is a must for busy people on the go

I love this watch, it has got me moving and it can do everything that you could possibly imagine. Left your phone at home? No problem, answer calls directly on your watch with no headphones! Left your wallet too? It’s ok, pay with your watch! I have joined with friends and we have competitions on who moves the most during the day so it’s really got me moving more too.

This is great watch, I have updated from a series 3, the fact you don’t have lift the wrist to see the time is good update and the display is sharp and easier to read. I find the cellular function useful as I am prone to occasionally forget my phone and the need to go back and retrieve it is greatly reduced. Overall I’m very pleased with this.

Not sure about the price tag, also purchased thinking I could set it up with my phone number with it being the cellular model but unfortunately they don’t mention that the three network don’t support this.If your on three network don’t go for the cellular model.Does have some excellent features, but again battery life not brilliant

Bought as. Birthday gift for my husband who loves gadgets and watches! He was very surprised and pleased. He finds all the functions very useful, and at least it prompts him to get out of his chair now and again. Also he often forgets his phone when we leave home so this is a great asset. All in all a great purchase!

I bought this watch after trying a cheap smart watch, so I decided, why not get the apple smart watch. I think it’s great, especially knowing all the great stuff you can do with it! I think calling Emergency number from a watch is a great idea and I definitely feel safer with it. But primarily i got it fir exercise.

I bought because there was an offer for an extra strap. I didn’t open till Christmas Day, there was no strap. Apparently just buying the watch isn’t enough ( As the offer said) You actually have to add to basket at check out. I’ll buy things elsewhere where the offer is clearer next time.
