I bought this watch to time myself when I go out running, so it has been the stop watch facility that I've been most interested in. It's a function that works really well on this watch. It initially records minutes/seconds/milliseconds and then, at the 30 minute mark, switches to hours/minutes/seconds, so I'm able to time myself accurately during my short runs, and those that last over an hour. However, if you're after a watch that records multiple split times, then keep shopping around - as this doesn't offer that function.Overall, the buttons are easy to use, there's a nice big display screen and it is solidly built. In my view it's a great watch for the price.

I bought this as a gift for my 11 year old son for Christmas, its his first real GROWN UP watch and he loves it. The time is displayed in large numbers attractive to the eye and easy to read and it sits nicely on his wrist. He enjoys a lot of outdoor sports and needs a watch which will take a lot of knocks. He has only had it four weeks but so far its living up to its looks.

I've just ordered my second Marathon. It does precisely what it says on the tin.If only I could keep a strap for more than two years!!So- it costs me less than £1 a month and I can keep my nice watch for "best"!As far as I know one can't buy new straps anyway. That presumably is how they make their money! Bit like selling a car when the ash tray is full??!

This is the second watch like this that I have owned. It's got a clear readout, stopwatch, timer, alarm and dual time zone. It's waterproof enough for me (when bathing the kids). My only gripe is that on my last watch the strap split after 2 years hence the 4 and not 5 stars. For this price though it's still pretty good value.

Bought as a cheap replacement for Holiday. Easy to set up via instructions supplied, once prized out of packing.Bigger than I expected but I suppose about the same as other similar ones. Second time zone a bonus but a shame the day/date can't be displayerd in that mode. Quick delivery and would certainly recommend seller.

Got this as a present for a stubborn gent who despite wearing glasses, refused to admit he couldn't actually read his watch properly....He has no problems with this as the numbers are nice & big.Also like the backlight function that glows rather than blinds you as he works a lot of late shifts.

Clear watchface with large numerials so easy to read when running.Similar to the Timex it replaced but at half the price.I swim with the watch as it is waterproof and comfortable to wear.The battery should last for 5 years like the previous model.

Pretty good for a basic sports watch. Feels more robust than my previous sports watch which had issues with the strap within months. I predominantly use this for timing a game of football and it does it perfectly well.

My 9 year old son wanted a watch. I purchased this for him.He loves it. He uses all functions and wears it every day. it's now 5 months later and still in perfect working order if suffering from a few scratches.

I purchased this watch to use while I was swimming and cycling, it is easy to use, waterproof and does exactly as you would expect a basic watch of this type should.

A very suitable watch to wear for work on a daily basis with a large display so you do not need to put your glasses on to read it - huge bonus!!!! Very good price

bought for grandson,It is a well designed watch and has clear dial easy to use and understand, strap is sturdy.Im sure he will be over the moon with it.

Great watch, the instruction are a tad cheap, but easy enough to understand, not used all features but well worth the price and good value for money

Great watch! Solid case, TIMEX readability and an amazing resin strap.It is just the right size for me and I tend to forget I'm wearing it. :)
