I had heard about the game Ticket to Ride before. It's of course a very popular game, so it didn't come as a huge surprise that it was amazingly fun!We have played it a lot since it arrived around a month ago, and I can't really think of any complaints. The game is simply awesome. Very easy to learn, too. I played it with my grandma and she managed to win against some players that had played before.That aside, I am very happy with the production quality of the set itself. The game comes with a nice, colored rulebook, which explains everything very well. The board itself is solid. There are 5 bags, which contain the individual train pieces and a 6th bag with some extra pieces, in case something goes missing.

Whilst this is the original with the mini train & destination cards (you can tell as it as a red emblem on the box under the right of the title) it is not an issue. We have since purchased the expansion pack with full sized cards. As with all the others we have purchased through various outlets, it is entertaining, our 12 year old loves this and all the others (this is our 14th version including the expansion packs). Teaches planning, decision making and problem solving.It was in great condition and as described.

Excellent fun! I bought this having played it at a friend’s house.The board and pieces are of good quality. It is the full original board of the game with the US and Canada cities.Pieces come in bags which is the standard packaging (some special editions of the game have metal boxes but you can expect to pay a lot more for these and bags are completely sufficient)Thoroughly recommend this game!

We've been playing Ticket to Ride as a family for years and thought it would be fun to try a new map (we knew all the journey cards in the Europe version so it was becoming a bit easy!). We've only tried the UK map so far and it's great, more challenging than the original so a great step up as our children are know young adults. It's also helping with our UK geography!

An excellent game that my relatives in Australia gave us! It is very well designed and my nine year old son keeps wanting to play it. There are also add-on games (from which the pieces from the main game are used to play) where you can travel all over different countries., We enjoyed the game so much we bought the UK/Pennsylvania one as well!

I bought this board game for my boyfriend, for Christmas. It's possibly his (and my!) favourite present. It took us about 2 games to figure out what we were doing, but by the third try, we have not stopped playing it! I look forward to trying the expansion and different versions. Highly recommended!

Ticket to Ride is great game, very easy to learn and play, but very clever and tactical. You can get it as an app too which is really well done.The look of the game put me off for a long time, with the overly colourful train pieces, but having finally played the game, I have to say, I love it.

So fun! All my kids (ages 10–17) greatly enjoy it, and so do we as parents! I love that there are so many ways to be strategic, and a player is less likely to feel defeated throughout much of the game (like with monopoly)...this helps ease tensions when several kids are playing!

Easy to set up and play. Instructions are clear. Game play is straight forward. It sounds a bit lame in the description but it's super fun, tactical and suitable for most ages. 8 up.

Really great game to play with your family or friends. It's an original edition and all cards are slightly smaller then in other games from the series, but it's not bad. Great fun!

One of the best games I have come across recently. I took it as a gift to France to give to French friends who are very " gamesey" and they love it!

Fantastic game. So much to consider each time you make a move. And, you can’t tell whose won right till the very end when you tot up the scores.
