Item received fell apart in two weeks. I’m not convinced that these items are genuine. They are being very difficult about a refund too - first offering to get it repaired, then exchanged, then a credit note - generally trying to avoid giving an actual refund at all costs. They also said ‘they couldn’t tell me what will happen’ when I send the item back, which seems very bizarre
