I have been hunting for metallic markers for a while! I love these- they lived up to and beyond my expectations! The colours are fantastic.They are very adaptable, I use this for writing extra work in exercise books, bullet journals and colouring in! They have been very durable, I bought some stampers alongside with these and they were terrible- my class was horribly let down so as a treat I allowed them to use these markers. I sat with bated breath watching 5-6 year old girls with my precious pens- they had previously managed to destroy the nibs of my felt pens as they tend to apply to much pressure, I was amazed, each of the markers withstood any damage!

I purchased recently so many pens and devices to help me with adding some golden elements to my cards and I am please this two pack Staedler golden/silver pens with round tips of just under 2mm are something that finally work without the surprises I got from the Sakura 5mm long tip pen (great colour but rather difficult to draw precisely with it's long NOT round tip), having purchased recently the We R memory standard tip pen (too thin) and Antex set (with 10 attachments not working that great either). I wish more honest reviews were published here - I cannot even see my reviews I keep writing about the many items I purchase from Amazon via the Prime account.

I ordered this from Five boys as they are much cheaper.arrived in time , well packed , vibrant colours , so lovelythe only problem is ,I placed 2 orders for the Metallic Markers - Assorted Colours (Pack of 5) , one for me and one as a gift , assuming the arrive in pre-packed condition but when they arrived the 10 pens were all together in one envelope not in the original pack , no signs of usage but still it would be nice to state that they don't come in original package , other than that everything as described by the seller.

These markers, silver and gold, green and blue, and red - all metallic, with wonderful soft finish, alas, not permanent (could be easily removed from matt photo-paper). Generally great for kids to add a twist to drawings and could be used on dark paper, too. The tip is quite thick at 1-2mm - these cannot be used for calligraphy.Great product, especially for kids who love to draw, I just wish Staedtler were making permanent metallic pens. Four stars.

This year I decided to make my own Christmas cards for my friends. I had ordered these two Staedtler Metallic Markers (one in silver, one in gold) and have found that they are excellent in every way. I have used them for outlining over watercolour, for colouring, for writing. The colour comes out smoothly and evenly. Good quality pens with good quality ink. I will definitely replace these with the same when they run out in the future.

I love how it has such a creamy consistency on paper and looks quite thick when applied, but it doesn’t bleed through unlike most permanent markers. I wrote on the back side of the paper I used for reference, and aside from the shadow it cast, there’s no other sign of seeping through the material. I also used it on black paper, and it shows up just like on the photos they provided. I would definitely buy again when I run out of ink!

I've had a few different felt paint pens and I've been trying to find the best one for marking steel, these are perfect for me they're fine enough to be able to follow with a grinder and they dont make a mess of your marking equipment (pipe wrap round). I would definitely recommend these and will buy them again, because they're that good I "lost" one the first day I took them to work.

I genuinely love this pen! I use it for my photography portfolio which is black card. I’ve been buying these pens in fold and silver for almost 2 years now but I’m now only using gold and this is great! It might be expensive however it lasts a long time and goes a long way. I know the photos attached look silver however it shows the intensity of the colour and the quality of it.

I originally had seen these in store, but they were quite expensive and I luckily came across them on here. They were perfect for what I needed them for, I just wanted to be able to write notes/cards for people and to use something a bit different than a black or blue pen. The range of colours are amazing, fab quality and still 2 years on they all still work & haven’t ran out.

Very pretty colours and they work on dark paper too. I often use it on cards and presents where I want to write with a fancy marker. However one thing I didn't like is that the felt tip started off being pointy and thin and now as I used it a lot, the tip became more rounded and writes thicker. But that might just be my fault and I should have ordered a thinner pens.

These are ok, Staedtler is a good, well-known company but I find these metallic markers to be not as "metallic" and shiny as the Sharpie ones I bought at the same time. I only bought these as well as the Sharpies because of the bleu, green, pink metallics also included as well as the usual gold and silver. They are nice markers but not as shiny as the Sharpies 4/5

These are lovely pens with nice rich colours. To get the best out of the metallic effect, it is best to do the brush strokes all in the same direction. The nibs are wet and slightly thicker than expected, so I find being accurate on adult colouring in not so easy. They do look good on card and paper that is thick enough; the ink is too wet for thin paper, though.

Bought these for a friend and she says, "I can't really speak to longevity as I've only had them for five minutes, but 5/5 across the board, because I trust the brand. I bought a lot of Staedtler pens in my younger years, and they never failed me :D - Comfortable to hold, smooth to use, quickdrying, rich colours.".

These are great coverage metallic pens. I bought them for adult colouring and have not found them useful but there is nothing wrong with the quality of the pens. I just don't think they are made for colouring. They are very inky and the nib isn't as precise as I would like to use them for colouring.
