I liked the way the lid closes and seals well - also it's soft damped closing piston that prevents it slamming shut.It's easy to move around too. But the downside is there is no handle to lift the lid manually - it has to be opened only with the pedal. Now if you're using this to place un-flushable wipes in the loo, then you have to place it where you can reach the pedal and that is awkward. What I have done is place a wide strip of Duck Tape on the lid and folded it back on itself to make an easy handle to lift the lid without using the pedal. I wish the makers had included a handle to open the lid. It's also awkward to remove the inner bucket for cleaning or emptying the polythene liner as the lid doesn't stay open unless you constantly apply pressure to the pedal.

I wanted a small bathroom bin with a lid that would not bang against the wall when opened. This is perfect for the job - it's mid range and suits my budget for what it is. I had contemplated buying a Simple Human small bathroom bin, but having already bought a Simple Human medium sized bin for my kitchen, I didn't want to splurge yet again if I could get something adequate instead to do the job and the Songmics bathroom bin is adequate. It hasn't got the feel and finesse of a Simple Human bin but no complaints there as you're not paying Simple Human money. To sum up, it's adequate, it does the job, it looks stylish, it's priced well, the lid doesn't bang against the wall when you open it and I am very pleased with it,

Beautiful little bin. Just what I wanted. The soft close lid is most definitely better than hearing the slamming lid. It’s pure white and glossy. The black trim around the lid matches my black and white decor so pleased with that also. I love the look of the circular pedal too and flat lid rather than a rounded one. A nice contemporary and unique looking little bin for the bathroom! I would recommend!

It looks great, has a really nice shine to it and it looks very elegant. One thing though - you have to use the pedal you can't just lift the lid as you would on other pedal bins. Have realised this is not always practical in a bathroom environment. Just bear that in mind

It is a lovely bin, have one already slightly larger,bought cheaper, which i bought elsewhere, where they have up to 70% discount. With hindsight i wish i had bought 2.I then spent ages trying to find another, saw it online and just went for it.

This is not only stylish but it well designed. There are no crevices where the germs can lurk. The first one I purchased a year ago and it has proved so useful that I wanted to replace the old pedal bin in the cloakroom with the same again.

This was purchased for a small bathroom and fits in perfectly. It will go with most decors and looks good quality. It is soft closing and the lid does not bang against the wall.

Arrived promptly and very well packed. Nice looking product, and well designed. Ideal if you want a small bin for the bathroom.

Lovely little bins for our bathroom, they are small but hold enough and you don’t want to leave stuff in a bin too long.

So pleased with the first one I have bought a second one. The top closes quietly and the pedal is easy to see and use.

Really neat looking bin, very pleased. I was worried it might look cheap but it doesn’t. Perfect for bathroom.
