Quality not bad as fancy dress costumes go. Skirt is pretty short and it's quite low cut, they might have been going for 'ghost ship pirate who was on the game in her spare time'. Not keen on the hat, it's a bit large for my liking (wide brimmed rather than to fit a big head!).Sizing wise the medium is a 12-14, I would describe myself as 12-14 in that I wear a 12 most of the time with an occasional 14 creeping in. It fits me ok but I wouldn't want it any smaller so if you are in the 14 camp then I would go for a size bigger.Looking forward to wearing it to the work christmas party ;-)

I'm 5'4/5 and usually wear a UK size 6, bought a size small which was a tiny bit on the larger side for me, it does come up very short however so be warned, I had to wear shorts under. Feels like typical cheap costume material but also well made. Hat seems a bit strange at first but try it a couple of different ways and you'll find one that works. Overall, incredibly happy with this, as you can see from the pictures it turned out really great with makeup and whatnot and won best costume of the night for it so would recommend!

Good quality costume, not the most slimming for size 14 but really nice costume, hat is larger than expected but still looks good on. Will probably go for a more zombie pirate than ghost but looks fab this is for hen night so good it's white underneath as looks kind of bridal still. The velvety feel is very nice and is really comfortable on.

Very good quality for the price. One thing I would mention though is it's not as puffy as the pic. I have bought a petticoat to go underneath to achieve that look.The top half is a low cut and the dress just covers my bum. For reference I am 5'5" and a 30D.

Loved it! Fantastic last minute buy for Halloween arrived days before (my bad for not buying earlier) comes with the hat which wasn't used due to being inside. However great costume, albeit mildly itchy - but that's the price of looking good!

I have just received this order today ready for Halloween, and the quality is much better than I expected. It's lovely and soft, and doesn't pinch or itch anywhere it touches skin.

Great outfit, ideal for halloween or other fancy dress party. Definitely needs a tutu underneath to add that extra oomph and make it look more expensive than it actually is.
