Having discovered silicone cook wear, i have converted all my cooking tins and trays to this. This item is ideal for little jam tarts or quiches, as they are canape size. Washes with ease and you can turn out cooked items with ease as well. Only thing is make sure to put trays on a baking sheet, as silicone goes floppy with heat.

As the heading says, convenience is this product's main plus factor. A slight criticism would be the apparent lack of heat conduction in comparison to the old-style baking trays I've used for years, which seems to leave tarts rather pallid - or is it just me.
