This silicon mold is great for making chocolate bombs - this is my first attempt, from tempering the chocolate to filling them with chocolate mousse. They turned out of the mold really easily, no problems. It seems very strong and is good quality so unlikely to split if you don't use sharp objects or have long nails!I followed the advice on cleaning and oiling just before first use so that must be why they turned out easily.The finish is professional-looking and I hope to get better with practice. Next try will be making a strawberry mousse bomb!It's a nice way to spend a couple of hours if you have the time ?

So easy to use and so effective. Buying these to use for a dinner party dessert, I was a little concerned at how many would break and be wasted when turning out, so I did a test run. I used cake release on one sphere before brushing with the chocolate and just chocolate on another. Cake Release is not needed and actually turned out much worse than the chocolate alone. The spheres worked brilliantly and all 12 turned out perfectly - you just need to have faith and be brave! (NB - make sure the top of the spheres have adequate chocolate and brush right to the very top, unless you want an uneven rim)

My wife is cooking a LOT and soon she will go pro, got this product and yes, its a premium!! It comes in the pack with a booklet and this company has amazing but amazing products!!! This one in particular is just great, had before £4 mould same size.....bin after using it twice. This one went in the oven for 6 times one after another, just great! After buying this mold for making chocolate bombs everything was so much easier. A lovely polished finish to the chocolate shells when removed. Easy to pop each one out, never having to re melt chocolate as the shells come out perfectly every time if you cover them well. Easy to clean, need to be supported with a tray or plate underneath when moving to the fridge as the rubber is not rigid to allow easy removal of shells.

I have used these a lot now...I've made loads of chocolate dome desserts (so many that my wife has told me to stop now!)The quality is excellent and they never stick. I can't compare them to other products, but I would be careful of buying cheaper ones...when you make chocolate domes they are very fragile and unless the mould is good the domes could easily break.

Amazing product. Tried if for the first time after watching a few youtube instructionals. Thought I'd create a Chocolate Bombe Surprise. Tempering the chocolate was a faff but well worth the effort as the outer shell was as thin as an egg shell, shiny and crispy and came out the mould easily. A total triumph.

Bought a few of these to make hot chocolate bombs. With correctly tempered chocolate these moulds are easy to use and the 5cm is the perfect size for a chocolate bomb.The silicone is thick, sturdy and flexible and the chocolate is easy to unmould. Happy with these

Used this mould to make chocolate spheres for hot chocolate bombs and they work like a dream! So much so that I’ve ordered one more! They’re a little more pricey than other moulds but it’s the quality that you’re paying for... All in all 10/10 :)

Brilliant mould - used with chocolate and filled with fluff to make Teacakes - turned out beautiful - no sticking ....could also use them to make chocolate bombs for christmas - although they will be big :) Lovely quality silicone.

I use the moulds to replicate ice-cream scoop quantities on a plate so everyone has the same amount. Excellent. Just push each portion out and the shape is perfect. Looks great on the plate alongside pie, cake, tart etc.

Really high quality product. I made mousse cakes and they turned out extremely professional (i am a complete novice)Easy release if the cake. No oil spray needed to make it easy to release. Very very happy

Bought this to add internal detailed flavour to a dessert for Christmas. Little half spheres of raspberry gel once frozen popped out the mould great. A breeze to wash and withstood the freezer brilliant.

Purchased to make mini desserts and it’s better than expected. Really smooth so easy to wash, clean and pop out the desserts from the moulds. Really pleased I bought this, just wish I’d found it earlier.

Great size for canapés and bite size little cakes. Durable, machine safe, great in the oven.I use them at work in a professional kitchen and they are lasting really well. Very happy.
