The end product, the cake, looks wonderful, especially when sprinkled with sieved icing sugar. I had a bit of difficulty initially fitting the 'frame' but once mastered I managed it next time ok and the tin keeps its shape with this fitted. I used the leaflet's Italian hot milk sponge recipe, which makes a lovely moist cake. I will look at buying other products from this company.

Wanted a Christmas cake tin in this shape and was unsure as to whether this would work for home made cakes. This worked really well and the cakes turned out spot on. I would have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone.

Made my first Christmas cake in this mould and it turned out perfect, never used one before and can't believe it actually worked, so happy and recommend it.

It's a little awkward to use but once you get the hang of it it works well, I had a lovely Christmas tree cake for the festivities
