I wanted to try chocolate making as I had previously made truffles with varying degrees of success and failure, and searched Amazon for chocolate moulds. This silicone mould looked as if they would be a lot easier to use than the rigid type, so I thought I would give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it is - the moulds are a good depth and I found that the chocolates are quite easy to remove without the need for greasing. The silicone coats well with melted chocolate and there is a reasonable amount of room to add a filling. When turned out, the chocolates do look quite professional, although at first I did get a lot of surplus chocolate around the bottom edges but that is no fault of the moulds - it is just a question of technique.

The chocolate mould itself is really good, the appearance of the chocolates once made is very professional (a friend thought they were thorntons chocolates ... not too sure if that was before or after tasting my attempt!!)The mould is easy to use and clean. The depth of each 'cell' is good enough to be creative. I have been playing around with double chocolate varieties which look really good.I have used this mould to make chocolates as gifts for christmas and they have been well received.One star has been removed due to the packaging, the product arrived in a padded envelope but with no additional protection for the mould.

I have to say, never having made any chocolates that didn't look like a dropping, I was quite nervous about attempting a chocolate with a soft centre. This product made it so easy it was a pleasure. I started with a shell of dark chocolate, filled it with an orange ganache and topped it with dark chocolate to seal. After 20 min in the fridge I poped the chocolated out of their mould, and they looked nothing short of professional! I was so exited. I have wowed everyone with these perfectly smooth rose shaped wonders. I would recommend these moulds to anyone with an interest in girly baking!!

I have bought some cheaper silicone moulds for chocolate making before, but it is well worth the extra few quid to go with the silikomart one instead. These turn out professional-looking chocolates every time. Another reviewer mentions needing to use oil/spray to get them out - I just wanted to say that I have never had a problem popping the chocolates out without having greased the mould beforehand. You shouldn't need to grease it for chocolates!In any case, definitely a great buy. have now purchased 4 other designs by the same company. Couldn't be happier!

Hi just a little note to say about silicone moulds and other silicone items in the kitchen I have been using, once you get used to the ideal of putting silicone in the oven, you will not go back to anything else, it does not rust, easy to clean, dishwasher safe, will not brake,this is the future and I definitely recommend them to everyone,no more scrubbing pans etc,and they are cheap and they will last, you cannot go wrong, so give them a go. I use this one for chocolate making and its perfect every time.

The Silikomart Silicone Easy Choc Moulds are great. They allow for easy chocolate making without the issues of conventional metal or plastic moulds. There is no need to bang on the mould to get the sweets out, nor a need for oil to help lubricate the bottom. With silicone, it allows you to push them out without breaking.The easter design is cute, and is ideal for making little chocolates to put inside easter eggs, or for bagged up little treats. I have enjoyed using this mould.

I have already written a short review for this chocolate mould but I hadn't tried it then. I have now used it to make hazelnut chocolates. I used melted Belgian chocolate drops and obviously hazelnuts. They came out of the mould with no problems at all. A perfect mouthful. I did grease the mould lightly as suggested by Sourcing4U in their instructions and it worked perfectly. I heartily recommend this mould to all happy cooks and even those unhappy ones.

Good moulds but thin resulting chocolate. Description says 1.3 cm thick, but the actual thickness of the chocolate produced is much less and thus a bit too thin. But apart from that, I find no fault and it worked okay for me when I put the liquid chocolate I made into it and ended up with small bars of chocolate which my girlfriend said looked professional.

I bought these because I couldn't eat dairy or sugar for a few months and needed to get some cocoa into my body in a chocolate type of way ... a part from succeeding in my challenge I also found these! They are brilliant! They create such a professional finish that friends always wondered if I had some around... They're the size of after dinner mints.

My 3 year old and I melted chocolate and made chocolate leaves which we put in clear bags with ribbon for little Christmas presents. They looked amazing! So many people commented on how impressive they were. They tasted delicious too. A great product - and if we can make immaculate leaf shapes, anyone can!

International Review. Very fast delivery. Email advised delivery from July 13th, but it arrived on July 10th. I really like Silikomart moulds & wanted more Teatime ones. It was a newer version which arrived & I was disappointed to discover that the cute little biscuit had been replaced.

The moulds are good and flexible which helps to get the chocolates out of. The rose design is of high quality and makes the chocolates look professional. The image shows two moulds but you only get the one mould which was fine for me as I only wanted the one mould.

I purchased the chocolate mould to make chocolate leaves for my son's teachers at xmas. They were brilliant, easy to do and to get back out of the moulds. They looked very professional! A brilliant product at a very competitive price. Would definitely recommend.

I have a few Silikomart moulds and they are all made very well. What I like about this one is that you can either elect to smooth off the underside of the chocolate, or you can have nuts and dried fruit protruding, making a completely different style statement.

Purchased these for my mother who makes chocolates and she loved them. The quality of the mould is very good and the chocolates turn out perfectly formed.The item arrived well within the time of said delivery and were packaged very well.
