Have only used it once so far but the cake turned out great. Saw advice somewhere that said to let the cake cool completely (I left it overnight) before turning out of the mould. A cooled cake is more solid so less likely to get damaged turning out. The ridges provide great channels for sauce to run down. Looks impressive. Am happy with my purchase.

I definitely recommend this product .. I’ve bought a couple of cake moulds before ..so far this is the best one love it silikomart gets five stars from me ?
