My digestion is very sensitive to so many different things at the moment it’s hard to find a tea blend without at least one ingredient that makes my stomach hurt or majorly bloats me. This is brilliant as it soothes my stomach and also makes me feel relaxed. It takes around 5-10 mins to get the best flavour.The taste is pleasantly mild and you can easily make 2 cups at the same time using 1 teabag. I would certainly buy this again.

I have CFS and drink this to help me sleep better when I haven't been able to move about enough during the day. This tea is dank. Apparently dank means good now, according to all the teenagers on my MMO server. And who am I to question teenagers on the internet? Anyway. The taste takes a bit of getting used to - think chamomile crossed with mint - but it's been a big help.

Lemon balm is well known for relieving symptoms of stress and anxiety. I use it whenever I need, I make sure I always have it. However, you can buy lemon balm/melissa tea at any polish food store for less than £1 so the price on here is bit too high.

Very palatable and nice aroma, quite refreshing and I think if chilled would make a delicious iced drink. They do need a good 5-10 mins to really brew but are very nice, quite good for a restful nights sleep. Recommend.

Lemon Balm Organic Herbal TeaSupposed to help with relieve some symptoms of Hyperthyroidism, but as with most things of this type, it is really difficult to measure any real difference.Did taste nice though!

This tea is great. Personally I'd avoid leaving it steeping for too long as it gets eye wateringly strong, but if you're looking for a calming brew, you can't beat it. Nice when mixed with Camomile too.

I like fruit teas and this particular lemon balm tea was recommended to me.I really like it and the service was very good too.I will be ordering again from this company.

Great taste and very satisfying people who like herbal teas should try this one its really great , only thing its a little expensive

If you suffer from coldsores or mouth ulcers, buy this tea! It shortens the length of them and soothes my ulcers. Tastes nice too.

Nice tea. I bought it because I thought it would help insomnia, not quite sure it worked, but the tea is really nice.

The tea works well. I use in conjunction with thyroid calming Herbal supplement. Along with my prescribed medication.

Very good to before bed time you can have a good nights sleepless time not any mess just drop the tea bad in the cup

Quite a pleasant herbal tea, which is supposed to have anti-viral properties. That's why I drink it.
