The stainless steel part is a heavy duty sleeve with no bottom. The main trash can is heavy plastic. The sleeve is not attached to the plastic part. However it will not detach from the plastic part and when in place it looks nice. I like the fact that it will not tip. Although I thought it was all stainless steel I still like this purchase.

The only bathroom trash can you’ll need. Bigger than the 2.5 gal one’s you find in store and a kite more stout. Best part is that it is a two-piece trash can so it hides the trash liner pretty well.

It's hard to find a garbage bag that will fit. The bag won't show on the outside of the can even if the garbage bag is too big

Best trash bin for bathrooms or office spaces, hides the liner pretty well and feels stout with the rubber base.
