This wasn’t quite what I was expecting although I enjoyed putting it together and the final result is very handsome, with a satisfying level of exterior detail. Only the central rectangular building is actually a jigsaw up to roof level. The rest of the castle is made up of specially shaped sections and whole pieces such as the roofs, and putting it together was more like model making than a jigsaw. The instructions are pretty good though a little more detail would have helped, such as views from both sides of some of the towers and small buildings. I made it up over 2-3 days but I am an adult in my sixties,

Ravensburger are the best for quality, I have really enjoyed doing these 3D puzzles while in lockdown and the end result is very pleasing to look at this particular one especially, only the walls of the castle are jigsaw the rest is constructed like a model. 5 star from me.

Well made fantastic 3D puzzle. My 11 year old daughter loved it and started building it on Christmas day, it looks great and is very stable. Would recommend it and buy other 3D Ravensburger puzzles.

Ravensburger jigsaws are far and away the best 3d jigsaws I've found, and this one certainly does not disappoint. Brilliant
