This isn't the game for you if you want to have a good in depth realistic experience. There are some good points, it can be quite addictive if you are actually doing well, or so I found, but the bad points far outweigh the good. Infact it can be quite hard to list good points, but I will try:-There is a good amount of depth in the buying of components for the cars, you have to plan financially or you will be running on used compenents.-It can be quite addictive if you get in to it. Say you are challenging for the title, and it is nice to see a pit strategy come good.-There is a data editor so you can add the correct driver and team names, assuming you work out who is who.-Rule changes from year to year mean that the game changes each season, adding some lastability.Sadly that is as far as it goes for the good points, now to the extensively bad side:-The AI is not intelligent at all, for example they dont seem to ever come in to change tires if it starts raining.-The game seems to have very little effort put into it overall, it is like a basic demo version that needs extensive upgrading.-Negotiations with companies for supply is seemingly a bit straightforward, they either say yes or no, with no reason given - you can even struggle to keep a supplier.-The race is repetitive, it isnt possible to keep cars behind you as it would be in real life - a faster car will pass a slower one eventually.-No effort has gone into making tracks different - the soft compound tire is always fastest, hard always slowest, the wear goes at the same rate etcetc for each curcuit.-Practise amounts to you changing front and rear wing settings (thats all folks) until you driver says 'i love the setup' or somesuch thing. Sadly the driver only reports rarely so this can be annoying. There is also no difference between driver style, and there is only 1 correct setup, so you cant say be faster on a straight but sacrifice cornering speed (that i have noticed)-Driver negotiations are bizarre, with drivers moving to any old team, and some world class drivers dont even get seats while about 10 rookies will. This does shake the game about but isnt realistic or very good.-There is no detailed car setup to do - which is good for a layman and terrible for someone wanting a challenge, the game needs a more detail!I can go on but i dont want to make it seem i can only criticise. I guess that this was done by some small-time company or group of people, and i will say it is playable if you dont expect too much realism. However it could be improved in so many ways. The world is in need of a good modern F1 manager game like this, and sadly this doesnt quite cut it, yet.If you can get it for a few quid then it is maybe worth a look at, because it can be enjoyable if you dont expect realism, but dont pay a lot for this game.

When I first bought this game I thought what a brilliant idea. But then I tried to start my team from scratch and build it up from there. Alas I did not get far and ended up finishing in really crap positions even though I thought I had spent well and made sensible decisions. This went on for a while and I could not find a formula for winning, so I entered into the program files and changed the sponsorship amounts; yes I know its cheating but I got so fed up of losing I just wanted to win something. I had had the game so long I had become so bored of playing it properly and just wanted to see if it could actually be done. So after adjusting the sponsorship money and becoming a billionaire overnight I set about making a brilliant team which of course didn't work.It didn't matter how much I spent on research, team members, drivers or production it just didn't help my cause so I abandoned the game. If you can't win by playing fair or even cheating then there is no point playing this game, not even for a laugh or kill some time. It is an addictive game because you want to win but then the distraction soon wears off and you just don't want to do it anymore.

I bought this game the other month and I found it interesting by putting you in the positionto build manage and observe how well your team is doing. You can either take over an existing team or start from new, recruit team members and drivers andwatch how your team performs over the racing seasons.I would recommend this game if you like strategy and management games.

the game play is less than average. very generic screenshots. no frills style programming. major bug in that both your drivers crash on last lap of every single race. poor quality, save your money and look elsewhere.

Not the most in depth motor-sport management sim, but it is fun and is a great starting point for a future game. Wouldn't pay more than a tenner for this game though.
