Got these for my mum after she'd heard of lots of benefits of drinking it.I usually get ill over Christmas and haven't been ill at all and the only change I've made is to switch from English breakfast tea, to herbal with no sugar. I didn't like the taste at first as there is almost a liquorice aftertaste but it's ended up growing on me so much that it's my new go to tea!My sleep has improved, and I generally feel calmer. It could be due to other factors, but I drink quite a lot of this a day.The taste is medium in strength and could take some getting used to for some, I've been on chamomile for a month so this was a nice change for me.I would definitely recommend :)

Bought this tea on a whim because I remembered hearing it mentioned by other people with mental health problems that I know, and I am so, so glad that I did. I have it before I go to sleep and it has hugely improved my ability to sleep well and to get out of bed in the morning. Less body pain, less anxiety and a small lift to the depression which has made the difference between being completely unable to function and able to function on a low level, which honestly is huge. It might not do anything for you, but for £3 I'd really advise giving it a go.Plus, it tastes really nice.

I was recommended this tea as part of a metabolic effect regime I'm following. It is so relaxing i have it before bed and i sleep so well, I absolutely love it. Also very good for you in general.

I found this soothing for a cold - used a little honey to sweetenand another littlke honey would have been nice to make it for ME

From India originally. Simply the one herbal tea that is wonderful and satisfying as well as cool, healthy and caffeine free.

Love the taste of the tulsi tea its kind of spicy and tastes slightly like redbush, i'd recommend it as its very calming too.

I have just discovered (by accident) that this is brilliant for increasing milk supply if breastfeeding!!
