Quite a heavy package arrived. The Package was well packed with polystyrene and each individual board is wrapped. All the screw holes lined up well, (yes you do need a screwdriver), and construction was quite easy. Make sure you line up walls and floor correctly. This is a Christmas present, hope granddaughter likes it. The addition of wooden furniture is good. It seems to be a sturdy wooden dolls house.

My grandaughter is going to love this. It's very sturdy, easy to put together. Lovely colours. I can highly recommend this. The furniture is chunky and well made, it won't fall to bits. Its also a good size. The little doll and dog are brilliant with moving parts. She is going to have so many hours of play with this. I'm so pleased I chose this one.

I have brought this house for my granddaughter for Christmas it looks good and strong I cannot comment on the assembly because I have not done it but all the parts look like they are all there. The furniture looks good and chunky and well made.

Well made and will last quite a few years. Children will have great fun plus you can add to the collection. Will encourage imaginative play keeping little ones occupied.

Amazing little house for the price. My daughter uses it to play with her LOL dolls and it’s perfect.Easy to put together.All round, great.

A fabulous starter dolls house. Well made and very easy to put together and my granddaughter (3) loves it. Would highly recommend.

Amazing dolls house!Took me 15 min to assemble. Some holes were slightly misplaced, but it was ok.My daughter loves it!
