This was my first cockpit, despite what some other reviews say this was very simple to put together and didnt take long at all.The shifter mount is a separate purchase, also quick and easy to fit.The pillar between the legs was a bit weird at first but never caused any real inconvenience. It would be nice to be able to raise or lower the steering wheel without moving it backwards and forwards at the same time though.The pedal plate and wheel mount have many different holes to use to secure your hardware, i initially had mine paired with the logitech g29 stuff, then upgraded to a fanatec csl elite wheel base and v3 pedals. Both were easy to do (no drilling needed)but as the logitech pedals are smaller i mounted them slightly off centre so the steering mount pillar didnt get in the way.The cockpit is rigid enough for the logitech setup, just about. There can be a slight flex when fully depressing the brake pedal. With the V3's load cell brake, this cockpit unfortunately doesnt hold up. The pedal plate simply isnt sturdy enough and it will flex any time you put a decent amount (50%+) of force into the brake. I have gotten used to this flex and made adjustments to minimise the issue but ideally i shouldnt need to. This affects consistency as you have to figure out if the movement you feel with your foot is the brake pedal moving or the plate the pedals are connected to. Not an issue for casual players, but if you sim race seriously then its worth paying more and getting something that is more sturdy.The seat is ok, after 2 and a half years of consistent use there is basically no wear and tear. The fabric around one of the holes on the seat is coming away from the edge of said hole where it connects to the plastic, but this is a very minor thing after 2 and a half years imo.The seat is very upright and cannot be adjusted, which some people might not like. Its also worth mentioning that the seat slider accessory is probably worth gettibg if you plan on adjusting this cockpit often. I didnt get it so adjusted by undoing the screw in the middle of the frame and moving the seat that way. This has led to the tube the screw puts pressure on becoming worn and slipping when a lot of brake force is used over prolonged periods, meaning i have to effectively reset my seat every now and then even if its only me using it.In conclusion its a good beginner cockpit, it has served me well over the years (even after i upgraded to the and will continue to do so until i scrape the pennies together to get a "proper" one. Great for a casual racer but the more hardcore enthusiast should consider spending more on something with more rigidity and a better design (i.e. no pillar between your legs, its manageable but ideally you shouldnt have to manage it).

Great gaming seat as previous reviews state it is easy to construct and good sturdy platform for wheel plus in tradition with most company's like thrusmaster and Logitech you have options of add ons to make your experience evolve such as gearstick mounting and seat slider I use the t500rs from thrusmaster with t3papro peddles modified and th8a shifter this is still a great sturdy platform only downside is storage is hard as large and heavy I use an old sack truck and still find that a good work out

Great piece of kit and easy to set up! Well built and very sturdy! The frame is solid! A little bit disappointed with the seat itself as I thought it might have been better quality but I have to admit with the built quality of the frame and the price it is good value! My only other gripe is that I was missing 4 bolts. These were for attaching the steering wheel and pedals. I have managed to secure the pedals but not the wheel. Don’t let this put you off though as this is a great product.

This seat was bought for my nephew because he spends a lot of time gaming. Before we got it he would often complain of a sore neck, since using the chair his neck has been much better. It looks good as well as being comfortable, it is also easy to keep clean.

It's what we needed, it does what you hope it would do. It is comfortable and well made. It is quite heavy to move around but then we just tuck it away in the lounge. Yes there might be better seats out there, but for the money - well worth it.

Very nice chair! (It does squeak alittle when you rock on it) but I guess a real racing seat would if you was to strip all the interior out and just have the bare bones of the car.

Read quite a few reviews and glad I spent the money. This model is super sturdy and allows for good body position. As close to race simulation for this sort of money.
