This was the 2nd attempt with a x-rocker mage chair. The first one failed with electrical issues after 1 hr. So we selected another as Argos had no more on stock. Happy the failed one was picked up straight away and refunded and then the 2nd chair was delivered the day after we order. So can't faulty service level from Argos. This chair was easy to put together and has worked for my son now for 2 weeks with no issues. We must have been unlucky with the 1st one. Padded arms are a good touch.

Getting straight to the point Looks great sounds and feels great but for a gamer with long hours of sitting isn’t for him or her. Setting up Very easy to do even my 6 year old boy could do it.. But overall it’s a great chair but could be made better and with the price it’s fair but could definitely be made a lot better few simple changes .... But also note if your a Xbox one player this also works fine with Xbox one as well

Purchased for my little on this stylish chair creates a great feel to any game. The sound and vibration setting are brilliant.I would say however a mic would finish it off. If they wish to talk to friends via the online platform there is no mic to talk back. Reverting back to headphones which then means the chair cannot be used at the same time with its sound and vibration. Basically one or the other.

This is perhaps the best thing I have ever brought, a true companion to my PS4 PRO, the chair is comfy fantastic sounding, great connectivity, other than the power this is wireless via a small transmitter that plugs into the PS4, highly recommended. A must buy 5star product for all PS4 users!!

I bought this for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it. Was easy to assemble and is a really comfortable chair to sit in. He can use it for all his consoles and also can plug in headphones if you don't want the sound out loud. Very happy

Not a bad thing to say about the chair the comfort is great can sit it in ages the speakers and sub in it sounds great the vibration you get while playing games is brilliant super easy to put together and love the design and colour

I got this for my son, as in lockdown he’s been gaming more,I hear less noise from upstairs as the chair is strong and solid.He’s enjoying the comfort,Did think bit expensive, But worth it

The only down side to this gaming chair is the connectivity, it advertises that it's bluetooth but my husband can only use this via USB.Everything else couldn't fault at all!

I love it very easy to set up very loud if you want it to you can also connect your home surround system directly to it charge your phone very good product would recommend

This chair is so sturdy yet comfortable, present for my son who wanted a better gaming setup. The sound is great and the comfort value alone makes this chair standout.
