Started giving these to my 10week old she is breastfed so never been used to a bottle or silicone for that matter. I decided to get her these after I bought several different brands which she didn't take. MAM ones were too round the tip made it difficult for her to keep in. I thought I would give these a try as these are flat tip. She has taken them straight away and has them in with no problems. The cap is also a bonus as I can keep these sterile for longer. She is much more calmer when she has these. I was worried to introduce a dummy as I was exclusively breastfeeding and was worried that she would struggle to latch on. But I can confirm that we had no problems with feeds.I absolutely love these and the desigs are very cute, it's just a shame that there are just a few designs out there. I will only be purchasing avent dummies in future. Would recommend value for money.

From the Philips Avent Classic range, this double pack of BPA-Free dummies for 0-6 month olds is pretty good value from a trusted brand. They are a good shape with smooth edges, easy for baby to grasp, soft silicone teats that collapse and are designed to be kind and considerate of your baby's developing palate and gums. The security handle is quite often missing from a lot of modern dummies but I think is an important feature and good to see - it makes it so much easier to very quickly an safely remove your babies dummy if ever you need to. They also have snap on cap, are easy to clean and both duck and penguin are super cute!

I can’t say i like them ,but my baby girl sure dose. I find that some water will go inside of them but it’s not so hard to get it out. The one thing i like most about them is the shape i love the fact that they are straight and not like the c shape ones. For me they are the best, but that is just because this is what she liked, for all new moms that didn’t have a clue : you have to try them all to see what you’re baby will like, nobody told me that I thought that something is wrong with me and her! Nop it’s just the way it is but when you do find it it’s gonna be quiet from time to time! Good luck ?

My daughter has had dummies since birth (she was in the special baby care unit and they were all that would settle her when I was away) so we have gone through quite a few since she was born, some have been destroyed and bitten but these ones have actually stood up to her and they are both still in one piece! They don't fill up with water like some of the other brands that makes them hard to clean and they are not huge ones that take up a good chunk of her face - we have tried the leading brands and wish I had found these sooner - they are perfect for a little girl too

These dummies are fantastic. I love them so much because they are so well designed, the dip at the top stops the dummy rubbing on your babies little nose. I’ve used these dummies with all 3 of my children; my 2 year old still sleeps with these dummies and will not use any other type. They are easy to clean /sterilize (I just leave them in a bowl of boiling water for 5minutes) and for me by far the most natural style dummy. These come with fun designs on which don’t fade even when washed a million times. I would highly recommend these dummies.

It is amazing to me that there is such a difference between different soothers/pacifiers (I refuse to use the term "dummy"). Our 6 week old granddaughter has some melt down times from the early evening onwards and that is when a soother can be useful. She has rejected several, but accepts these 0-6 month ones from Avent., probably because they are designed to feel like suckling at the breast. I am sure it is nothing to do with the cute animal designs, the easy to hold ring, or the hygienic caps for storage (though we like all those things!)

Easy to wash and much prefer that these dummy’s come with their own lids so you can take out as many or little as you need for the day, versus other brands where you need to bring a box of 2 (and if you put one dirty one in the box, it would contaminate the other) only thing is when washing they suck in all the water, but just squeeze and shake and it all comes out. Scratches fairly easily on front but not noticeable from a distance. I also find the front handle bit very useful, compared to other brands that don’t have a front handle.

These are very comforting. I use them everyday and everynight. They send me off to sleep so nicely. One minute I could be screaming, pop one of these bad boys in and BOOM, asleep. The little caps are great for keeping them clean too and the fun designs just make the world a little brighter.- I've been using these with my little boy since he was a few weeks old, he takes them really well and they don't seem to irritate his face! (So far anyway...don't want to be too cocky because that almost always blows up on your arse...)

I bought these after my daughter threw a spectacular tantrum at the supermarket checkout. Despite saying that I wouldn't use a dummy I find that knowing its in the changing bag makes me calmer although I've only had to use it once. The avent dummies come with a handy plastic dust cover which is great for the way in using these, I sterilise & pop the cover on, so I know it's relatively clean rather than having the teat coming into contact with the rest of the changing bag contents......

I didn’t even know Philips dummies were a thing until I came across these in an emergency. My daughter has always used Mam dummies and loves them but she liked these ones too.The colours are nice and they seem durable but at the current price of £9.97 for a pack of two they are quite expensive. You can buy similar packs of two Philips dummies on Amazon for under £5 and I’m not sure what the difference is with these ones at twice the price.

This Philips Avent Classic Soothers, are lovely. the different designs make dificult to choose with one you like it. Variety of colours to adapt to a boy or girls and to different stage and ages, great. They are easy to clean, the silicone is soft, babies look comfortable when used and this brunch always has good products and high quality for kids.I love the snap-on cap, is more hygienic and easy to carry around. Good value for the price

These dummies are brilliant if your child doesn’t like the thick cherry styled dummy. Also I like the fact they come with their own little protective case/clip meaning they stay cleaner for longer.Disadvantage is when you’re cleaning it make sure to check the bit where the silicone sits in the plastic as it collects a lot of bits if you don’t (doesn’t need to be done every hour, it’s not that bad - just thought I’d mention to check it)

Great soothers for 0-6 month old baby. Lovely designs, really cute and gender neutral for those who try and keep blue for boys pink for girls ect. (No idea why as a colour is just a colour)Makes a great extra little gift as they come in a clear storage capsule and are low chemical so parents can be assured that baby isn't ingesting any nasties and there's no risk of damaging little ones teeth as they start to come through

2 pack of BPA free soothers with a cute penguin and duck design. They come with a reusable plastic case, handy for keeping the dummies clean when not in use. The soothers are also supplied with a cap that goes over the teat for extra hygiene. Made by a company you can trust to produce a quality product. Philips sell a wide range of different styles and sizes of soothers so you will always find one that suits your needs.

Our wee one took these nice and quickly and seems to find them comfortable. We’ve been using Tommee Tippee up to now and they come in at roughly the same price for a twin pack at around a fiver. The designs are lovely - almost pastel like colours and fairly gender neutral. Although the rabbit does look slight deranged! With the supplied caps and being BPA free they tick the hygiene boxes too. All good!
